| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of purging lung and heart decoction on chronic pulmonary heart disease in patients with chronic heart disease.Method:Patients,who Will be included in the study, were randomly divided into two group and treatment group by SPSS software,33 cases in the treatment group,32 cases in control group,both were given conventional standard treatment. Acute attack appeared during the observation period,according to the eighth edition of department of internal medicine treatment scheme,and record the time of onset,patients with inducement,incidence and treatment time.On the basis of routine treatment,the treatment group oral xiefei Baoxin decoction,one dose daily,decoction of 400 ml,3 times a day,for 2 weeks,through observation of symptoms and signs,blood gas analysis,coagulation,LVEF,pulmonary artery systolic pressure,6 min walking distance indicators change,analyzing the clinical curative effect of two groups,and evaluating its safety by the liver and kidney function.Result:1.After treatment,the total score of Symptoms and signs in two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.after treatment of blood gas analysis(PH、PCO2、PO2、SO2) in two groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.3.after treatment of coagulation four(APTT, FIB, TT, PT) in two groups of patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.4. After treatment,LEVF,pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure comparison, the difference had statistical significance(P< 0.05), the treatment group LEVF, pulmonary arterysystolic pressure improvement was better than the control group.5. Compared with before treatment,There was no significant difference between the treatment group after treatment in Liver and Kidney function(P >0.05).Conclusion:The decoction can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the blood coagulation state and the risk of thrombosis, improve heart and lung function, and no significant side effects and adverse reactions. |
