A Study On The Mode Of Medical Care And Pension Service In Gansu Province

Under the social background of weakening traditional family pension function and imperfect social security system,the combined service mode of medical care and old-age pension is a way to cope with the severe situation of aging population,to ensure the health of the elderly and cure diseases,especially to solve the problem of old-age pension for the elderly who are ill,and to meet the diversified needs of old-age service for the elderly.In this paper,the development status of medical and nursing care in Gansu Province is the research object,in order to meet the needs of the elderly,and the main line of health care for the aged,the use of statistical analysis and quantitative analysis methods,focusing on the status of the elderly population in Gansu province,the allocation of medical resources,The present situation and the policy carding of the pension service industry four aspects the development of the medical and nursing combined endowment Service in Gansu Province is systematically analyzed.Through a questionnaire survey of the elderly medical and nursing needs,in the analysis of the factors influencing the demand of medical nursing and nursing Service,the paper selects,assigns and describes the research variables,and uses the method of two yuan regression to analyze the influence of the demographic characteristics of the elderly on the medical and nursing service,and finds the gender,theoccupational type and marital status have no significant influence on the demand of medical and nursing service.In the regression analysis of the family characteristics,body cognition and regional differences of the elderly and the regression analysis of the four aspects of the specific impact on the demand for elderly care services,it is found that the more developed the regional economy,the greater the demand for elderly care services combined with medical care services and cultural recreation services,especially medical care services and cultural recreation services.Principal component analysis was used to classify the selected influencing factors,including economic insurance factor,family pension factor,health cognition factor,leisure recreation factor and child support factor.Combining the three types of medical care and pension support model currently widely developed in China,four types of medical care and pension care service models suitable for urban development in Gansu Province are summarized,and one type of medical care and pension care service model suitable for rural development is concluded.Finally,combined with the current situation of the development of combined medical and health care in Gansu Province and the problems found in the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward its own policy suggestions for the development of integrated medical and health care service model in Gansu Province,mainly with the following four points:first,the government as the lead,multi-participation;second,increasingthe investment of medical resources to promote the integration of medical and health care;third,training of medical personnel,providing diversified services.
