Research On Medical Service Combined With Pension Services In Linyi

In our country,influenced by the traditional Confucianism,people generally hold the view of “raising children and guarding the elderly”,which has led to the family pension has been dominant in many pension models.Since the reform and opening up,the speed of social population flow has gradually accelerated with the development of the national economy.Especially in rural areas,the phenomenon of labor outflow in young and middle-aged people is serious,and the phenomenon of “empty nesters” in rural areas has become a social issue to be solved urgently.In addition,the previous policy of family planning has reduced the birth rate of population and changed the demographic structure.As time goes on,the problem of aging has gradually emerged.How to deal with the old-age problem scientifically and rationally has become a realistic problem that China's provinces and cities have to face.In this dissertation,the first hand information and typical analysis samples were obtained through visiting surveys in Linyi's nursing homes which have already been pilot worked in the medical service combined with the old-age care service.Then through the study of typical samples,the actual operating conditions and problems are analyzed.Finally,this dissertation also summarizes the useful experience,probes into the causes of the problems,and puts forward corresponding opinions and countermeasures,which can provide decision-making references for the local direct management departments.The dissertation includes four major parts:The first part mainly includes the first and second chapters of this dissertation.In the first chapter,firstly,the research background and significance of the dissertation are introduced;Then,the research progress of domestic and foreign scholars on medical care and pension services is summarized;Finally,the research ideas and research methods of dissertations are given.In the second chapter,firstly,the basic concepts and connotation of “pension service” and “medical care combination” are elaborated;Then,the theory related to "medical care combination" is summarized and analyzed,including: “theory of demand”,“welfare pluralism theory” and “active aging theory”.The second part mainly includes the third chapter of this dissertation,which is the main part of this dissertation.In the third chapter,firstly,the geographical location,population and aging population in Linyi are introduced;Then,empirical analysis(questionnaire)of the pension services inthe urban area of Linyi is carried out;Next,the practice of integrating medical service with old-age service in Linyi has been specifically analyzed,including: policy measures and implementation path.Finally,it also summarizes the achievements of medical care and pension service in Linyi.The third part mainly includes fourth chapter,fifth chapter and sixth chapter of this dissertation.In the fourth chapter,according to the research results of NDRC,Civil Affairs Bureau,Municipal Health Bureau and other departments on the current pension service work,the difficulties and problems in the process of implementing the medical care combination in Linyi are summarized.In the fifth chapter,the practice and experience of pension services in Japan,Britain and Germany are systematically analyzed.In the sixth chapter,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the problems raised.The fourth part is the seventh chapter of this dissertation.In this chapter,firstly,the research process and research content of this thesis are summarized;Then,the research of this dissertation is analyzed,and the future research direction is also forecasted.
