Research On Service Satisfaction Of "Combination Of Medical Care And Pension Services" In Shanghai's Pension Agency

With the development of society and economy in China,the degree of aging has gradually deepened,and the demand for elderly care services has gradually increased.The family structure in our country has become small,and the traditional family pension model has been unable to support the elderly's pension needs,Therefore,a pension system for home care,community care and institutional care has been developed.Shanghai has basically formed a "9073" pension system that is 90% home-based pensions,7% community-based pensions,and 3% institutional pensions.Among them,institutional pensions have been widely studied by scholars as an important pillar of the pension system.In recent years,the demand for medical services for the elderly has been increasing,and the supply of medical services in the traditional mode of elderly care is far less than the demand.In order to meet the elderly's elderly care and medical needs,the state has begun to promote the exploration of a new type of old-age care model of "Combination of medical care and pension services".Shanghai actively responded to the national call and introduced a series of "Combination of medical care and pension services" rules and regulations from 2015.Initial results have been formed so far,but the problem of the mismatch between supply and demand for the elderly's medical needs is still very prominent.This paper summarizes the long-term care at home and abroad and the domestic research on "Combination of medical care and pension services" through literature review,and understands the current research progress in China.Then it sorted out the relevant policy documents of China and Shanghai,and expounded the policy status and implementation status of China's "Combination of medical care and pension services".Definition of relevant concepts based on scholarly research in the literature review,illustrating the theory of customer satisfaction based on this article.Through the research and collation of domestic and foreign customer satisfaction theories,this article uses the Chinese customer satisfaction evaluation index system.At the same time,it adjusted the situation of the public service satisfaction evaluation system and the current status of the "Combination of medical care and pension services" service of the Shanghai elderly care institution,and designed a questionnaire and put forward hypotheses.Through questionnaire surveys and personal interviews,this article collected 150 valid questionnaires and 13 personal interview records.Then it introduced the satisfaction of various services of the "Combination of medical care and pension services" in the elderly care institutions in Shanghai.It is concluded that the satisfaction of medical services and mental and psychological services is relatively low in the "Combination of medical care and pension services" service in elderly institutions,and the satisfaction of medical services is generally lower than that of elderly services.It can be seen that the old-age care services provided by traditional old-age care institutions really cannot meet the growing medical needs of the elderly.At present,the work of "Combination of medical care and pension services" in Shanghai's elderly care institutions is still in its preliminary stage.There is still much room for improvement and improvement of medical services in most elderly care institutions.Subsequently,this paper uses Chi-square test and ordered Logistic regression analysis to conclude that the nature of the institution,the ability of the elderly to take care of themselves,and the long-term insurance reimbursement policy will have a significant impact on the overall service satisfaction of the elderly institution.According to the research conclusions,the problems of policy vacancies,low integration of resources,low medical service supply,and backward constructionof the talent team are pointed out at the current stage of "Combination of medical care and pension services".Finally,according to the research conclusions and problems found,the government proposed to improve off-site settlement,increase fund support,and increase local government support.In terms of institutions,it is proposed to strengthen personnel training,rationally plan infrastructure construction and improve related services.In terms of family,it was suggested that the family should also bear the responsibility of psychological care of the elderly.
