Objective:Bi Oiu is a kind of illness whose symptoms are rhinobyon,rhinocnesmus,as well as abundant sneeze.The morbidity of this illness has been arise gradually,which can not only affect the patient' living quality,but also accompany with asthma?syndesmitis?nasosinusitis?otitis and so on.Western medicine can only control the symptom when the illness accurses,but cannot tackle the problem of reoccurrence of this disease.Traditional Chinese medicine simply treats this illness with the method of dialectical classification,during the observation of clinic;symptoms of rhinobyon and sneeze are difficult to cure.According to the method of five elements and viscera in traditional Chinese medicine and analyses the reason of this disease,through the observation during the clinic and other ways to find the difference between the cure.Methods:Collect 100 patients of Bi Qiu in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Shen Zhen between February and December in 2016,follow the standard of bring in and rejection.Use the method of random comparison to divide the patients into two parts.One is the curing group,the other is comparison group.Curing group is mainly deal with Chinese medicine for about two weeks mainly with de medicine to warm lung and reject the heat;after four weeks,use the medicine to warm the kidney and strengthen the spleen for another two weeks.According to the observation of symptoms after two weeks' cure as well as six weeks' we can get the statistics about those patients.Then use the software SPSS to analyses the statistics,the difference is less than 0.05 which is considered with statistical meaning.Results:Before the cure,the situation of the two groups is similar usually which include the age?the degree of the illness.They two have the comparability.(P<0.05).After with the medicine of two weeks,both of the two groups' patients turn well gradually.Compared with before the medicine,the two groups' statistics are meaningful.(P<0.05).But without statistics meaning(P>0.05).In the group of curing,people with great change are two,feel the medicine is effective are 40,ineffective people are 8.Effective rate is 84%in total.Another group people with great change are 1,feel the medicine is effective are 39,ineffective people are 10.Effective rate is 80%in total.The effective rate of the two groups has no sharp differences.(P>0.05).After with the medicine of six weeks,the patients of the two groups are being better than before.The statistics is meaningful.(P>0.05).In the group of curing,people with great change are 24,feel the medicine is effective are 25,ineffective people are 1.Effective rate is 98%in total.In the group of comparison,people with great change are five,feel the medicine is effective are 43,ineffective people are 2.Effective rate is 96%in total.the two groups' statistics are meaningful.(P<0.05).According to the statistics,the two groups statistics are meaningful(P<0.05),among which the situation of the curing group is better.Conclusion:The two methods are all effective for the patients,though the effect has not clear after two weeks that the method of instalment will enjoy better effect after six weeks.
