Clinical Study Of Xuanfei Bijun Decoction Combined With Budesonide Nasal Spray In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis With Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen Qi

Purpose:Through the observation of clinical cases,this study aims to explore the clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Biqiu Decoction combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)of lung-spleen deficiency type.Material and method:In this study,66 patients with lung-spleen deficiency type AR(from August 2017 to December 2018)were selected from the outpatient department of otorhinolaryngology in our hospital.They were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray,one time in the morning and one time in the evening,for 2weeks.The treatment group added Xuanfei Biqiu Decoction on this basis,130ml/time,three times a day,a week for a course of treatment,a total of 2 weeks.The changes of the total effective rate before and after treatment and the scores of symptoms and signs before treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were observed.The scores of main symptoms,signs and concurrent symptoms including sneezing,runny nose,nasal obstruction and pruritus were recorded.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data,P < 0.05 showed that there was significant difference.Results:1.Total effective rate: After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 76.7%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.The scores of symptoms and signs:(1)After one week of treatment,the scores of sneezing symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of sneezing,runny nose,itching and other complications in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfei Biqiu Decoction combined with budesonide nasal spray can improve the clinical efficiency of AR patients(lung-spleen deficiency syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine),and is superior to budesonide nasal spray alone.It not only has advantages in the improvement of nasal symptoms such as sneezing,runny nose and itching,but also has certain curative effect in improving systemic symptoms.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
