Ankle sprain is more common in sports injury.According to the theory of Western medicine,it belongs to the category of soft tissue injury,especially in the more intense exercise,which is up to 80% of the total joint injury.TCM believes that ankle injury belongs to the category of tendon injury,which is "qi stagnation and blood stasis".After a sudden setback,it will hurt both qi and blood,blood flow and external pulse,and gradually become a syndrome of blood stasis and qi stagnation.Chinese medicine has exact effect and accumulated rich experience in the treatment of ankle sprain.This article will take the old ankle sprain as the object of study,and discuss the effect of impedance training combined with Moxibustion on the old ankle sprain.The purposeThe purpose of this study was to compare the effects of simple impedance training,pure point moxibustion and Acupoint Moxibustion Combined with impedance training on ankle joint strength,stability,activity and peripheral feeling in patients with old sprained ankle sprains.At the same time,the different aspects of impedance training and moxibustion on improving ankle sprain are analyzed and summarized,and the patients with different actual needs of ankle sprain are more targeted and more explicit.To explore the therapeutic value and application prospect of two therapies for old ankle sprain.Research methodsSubjects: 60 cases of old ankle sprain were selected from the Taiwan quen University and Zhong Zheng University.The cases were divided into two groups according to the random principle,that is,the protective set and the moxibustion combined with the impedance training group.Evaluation indicators:including VAS visual pain score,AOFAS ankle foot score system(AOFAS Ankle Hindfoot Scale).Intervention treatment: the protective device group wore protective appliances for daily life for 8 weeks.Resistance training group received moxibustion moxibustion combined with acupoint selection of ipsilateral JieXi,Ashi point 2,Taichong and Zusanli,Xuanzhong for moxibustion.After moxibustion,the exercise of ankle dorsiflexion,plantar flexion,varus and eversion were carried out.Moxibustion and impedance training were performed every day for 8 weeks.Data collection and processing:measured by SpSS16.0 data statistics software package,the observation index variables such as gender,VAS visual pain score and AOFAS ankle hind foot score system(AOFAS Ankle Hindfoot Scale)were analyzed and analyzed before the treatment group and moxibustion combined impedance training group.Statistical method: using independent sample t test,the difference of VAS visual pain score and AOFAS ankle posterior foot score system(AOFAS Ankle Hindfoot Scale)were compared before and after treatment,and the difference of the observation indexes before and after treatment of the two groups was compared with the paired t test,and the multiple factor variance analysis was used to study the VAS visual pain score between the two groups,AOFAS ankle-AOFAS Ankle Hindfoot Scale(posterior foot score system)was used to analyze the difference of curative effect between different indicators.The results1.and moxibustion + anti resistance training group were comparable in VAS visual pain score and AOFAS ankle foot foot scoring system,and there was no statistical difference between the variables(p>0.05).2.the two groups of old ankle sprains were improved after treatment:through t test,compared with the VAS visual pain score of moxibustion combined with resistance training group before intervention,AOFAS ankle hind foot scoring system and the combination of resistance training and moxibustion with two kinds of intervention methods,the results of different observation indexes were different.The results showed that: Vas visual pain score moxibustion + resistance training group compared with assistive devices group had statistical significance(p<0.05),the effect was better than assistive device group.AOFAS score of pain items moxibustion + resistance training group compared with assistive devices group had statistical significance(p<0.05),the effect was better than assistive device group.AOFAS score of moxibustion+ resistance training group and assistive device group had statistical significance(p<0.05),the effect was better than assistive device group.The maximum walking distance of AOFAS score and Moxibustion plus resistance training group were statistically significant compared with those of assistive devices(p<0.05),and the effect was better than that of assistive devices group.There was no significant difference in the AOFAS distance between the moxibustion plus resistance training group and the assistive devices group(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in the abnormal gait of AOFAS score between Moxibustion plus resistance training group and assistive device group(p>0.05).The AOFAS scores of the moxibustion plus resistance training group and the assistive device group were statistically significant(p<0.05),and the effect was better than that of the assistive device group.Compared with the assistive group,moxibustion plus resistance training group with AOFAS score was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the effect was better than that of assistive devices group.The AOFAS score of posterior foot stability item moxibustion + resistance training group compared with assistive device group had statistical significance(p<0.05),the effect of assistive device group was better than Moxibustion plus resistance training group.There was a significant difference in the AOFAS score between the foot and the line moxibustion + resistance training group and the assistive device group(p<0.05),and the assistive device group was better than the moxibustion plus resistance training group.AOFAS score total score moxibustion + resistance training group compared with assistive device group had statistical significance(p<0.05),moxibustion plus resistance training group was better than assistive device group.
