| Objective: Explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Gui Fang pain ointment combined with manipulation in the treatment of acute ankle sprain and analyze their action mechanism,in order to get a simple and effective treatment perscription.Method: A total of 60 patients with acute ankle varus sprain were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,including 37 males and 23 females,aged 15~60 years old.Using "Criteria of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine"(1994)about the ankle joint sprain part as the diagnosis standard and the curative effect judgment index after the treatment.Compare the changes according to the X-ray radiograph of the Tibial width,ankle joint swelling degree,joint activity,VAS pain scores of the two groups before and after treatment,to observe the therapeutic effect of two treatment regimens.Analysis of the effect of differences in Gui Fang pain ointmentand with Votalin emulgel.The results were statistically analyzed.The results were statistically analyzed to obtain scientific and systematic evaluation.Results: 1.Two groups of patients before treatment in gender,age,course of disease,tiw,swelling degree of ankle,joint mobility,VAS pain score was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The baseline of the two groups before treatment was consistent and comparable.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after the treatment of Tiw(P>0.05),but there were significant differences between the groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).This indicated that the acute ankle joint sprain may have the shape change of the ankle hole,two kinds of methods of treatment can restore the anatomical position of the ankle joint,but there is no difference between the two treatments in this observation index.3.Two groups of patients with ankle swelling degree of contrast,before and after treatment in the group contrast was significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the two treatments can improve the swelling of the ankle.The comparison between the two groups in the treatment of 6 days and 9 days have significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting that swelling effect of eliminating plaster has better.4.Two groups of patients before and after the treatment of joint activity between the groups showed significant difference(P<0.05),Gui Fang ointment in improving joint mobility has more advantages.5.The two groups before and after treatment VAS pain score comparison,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),can be seen that the two therapies have played a analgesic effect.The two groups after treatment compared statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),Votalin emulgel group analgesic effect is stronger.There was no significant difference between the two groups after the end of treatment one mouth(P>0.05).The results showed that the two treatments had a good long-term effect.6.Compared with the two groups,the total effective rate was 100%,and there was no difference in the total effective rate.But in the observation group,the cure rate was dominant,and the cure rate was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The use of bonesetting therapy can correct a joint dislocation,is a kind of effective measures.Gui Fang ointment has good effect in improving joint swelling and movement disorder.Votalin emulgel as classical NSAIDs,are widely recognized in the relief of pain after soft tissue injury.The clinical treatment of acute ankle sprain,first use of bone-setting manipulation,Secondly,Gui Fang ointment and Votalin emulgel combined application,Can enhance the curative effect. |
