| Objective:The therapeutic effect of Jin three needles in the treatment of dysphagia of pseudobulbar paralysis after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage of phlegm stasis orifices combined with " three needles on the tongue,three needles on the brain " combined with Changpu Yujin Decoction was observed to explore the clinical significance and popularization value of this method in the treatment of dysphagia of pseudobulbar paralysis after early hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:After diagnosis,inclusion,and exclusion criteria,60 patients with pseudobulbar palsy with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(acupuncture-drug combination group)and the control group(Chinese medicine group)each had 30 cases.On the 7th day after the onset of illness,the treatment group was given acupuncture points for "three needles on the tongue,three needles on the brain",and the traditional Chinese medicine for phlegm-inhibiting type patients was given to the Changpu Yujin Decoction,once a day,six days for a course of treatment,and one day for rest.For 2 consecutive weeks,the control group was treated with Changpu Yujin Decoction,once daily,6 days for 1 course of treatment,1 day rest and 2 consecutive weeks.Both groups were given Western basic treatment at the same time.On the first day and the 14 th day after the case was included,the scores of the Putianshi Drinking Water Test Scale and the Dysphagia Difficulty Evaluation Scale were evaluated and recorded.The hematoma absorption before and after the treatment was reviewed,and the incidence of lung infection was recorded.Through statistical analysis,we observed the therapeutic effects of " three needles on the tongue,three needles on the brain " combined with Changpu Yujin Decoction in the treatment of dysphagia caused by pseudobulbar paralysis after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and evaluated its efficacy and safety.Results:(1)Before treatment,the differences between the two groups in terms of gender,age,hypertension level,Mintian drinking water test scale,and dysphagia evaluation scale were statistically analyzed.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).),indicating that the baseline data between the two groups are comparable.(2)After the end of the 2 weeks treatment course,the above scales were evaluated.Statistical analysis showed that both the treatment group and the control group had decreased scores in the Putianshi drinking water test before treatment,indicating that the swallowing disorders in both groups were improved.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At the same time,the decrease in the score of the Tiantian drinking water test after treatment between the two groups was found.It was found that the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05),indicating that the acupuncture treatment was concurrent.The group had a more pronounced improvement in swallowing disorders.(3)The evaluation scores of dysphagia after treatment in both groups were higher than those before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the amount of cerebral hematoma in the two groups was decreased compared with that before treatment.The amount of hematoma change was compared between the treatment group and the control group after treatment,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Explain that acupuncture and medicine can better promote the absorption of brain hematoma.(5)The incidence of pulmonary infection in the two groups was statistically analyzed.Two patients in the treatment group were affected and ten patients in the control group were diagnosed with the disease.The incidence of pulmonary infection in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,indicating that simultaneous acupuncture and medicine can reduce the risk of lung infection.The incidence of infection.(6)Adverse reactions: The adverse reaction events recorded in the treatment group with acupuncture and moxibustion were low,with a low probability of only 3.33%.This indicates that “three needles on the tongue,three needles on the brain” combined with Changpu Yujin Decoction added to the pseudo ball of cerebral hemorrhage.Paralysis treatment is safe.Conclusion:(1)The statistical results of the scores of the Putianshi drinking water test score and dysphagia evaluation criteria scored well in that the “three needles on the tongue,three needles on the brain” combined with the Changpu Yujin decoction treatment method can significantly improve the symptoms of dysphagia in patients.(2)The combination of " three needles on the tongue,three needles on the brain " combined with the treatment of Changpu Yujin Decoction can promote the absorption of cerebral hematoma,thus promoting the recovery of patients with dysphagia.(3)Compared with the control group,the method of “three needles on the tongue,three needles on the brain” combined with Changpu Yujin Decoction can reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection and its safety is high,so it can be popularized and applied in clinical practice. |
