Analysis Of The Effect Of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction On Serum S100? Protein In Patients With Post-operative Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage With Yin Deficiency And Wind Movement Syndrome

Objective:To find the influence of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction on serum S100? protein and the outcome of patients with wind formation from yin deficiency after Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage operation.Methods:40 cases were selected from May 2020 to March 2021 in Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were divided into treatment group and control group,each 20 cases.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,The treatment group was treated with Zhengan Xifeng decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.Record the patient's gender,age,bleeding site and amount,operation method.Evaluate the neurological deficit score,the ability of daily living activity,TCM syndrome score,GCS score,and the score of TCM symptoms before and after the treatment;and GOS score at 1 and 3 months after surgery,and measured the serum S100? protein concentration at 1,5,10 and 15 days after surgery.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,bleeding site,amount of bleeding and surgical method between the two groups(P>0.05),which showed comparability.2.Clinical efficacy:after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Neurological deficit score:After treatment,neurological deficit score in both groups was lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).neurological deficit score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The efficacy of TCM syndromes:After treatment between the two groups,The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome scores:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The TCM syndrome accumulation in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.GCS score:The comparison of GCS score between the two groups before treatment was no statistical significance and was comparable(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in GCS scores between the two groups after treatment and 1 month.7.GOS score:There GOS score between 2 groups at 1 month was no significant difference(P>0.05).However,the GOS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group at 3 months,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).8.ADL score:After treatment,the ADL score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).9.S100? protein:There was no significant difference in S1 00?protein concentration between 2 groups on the 1st,5th,10th and 1 5th day after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Zhengan Xiefeng decoction can promote the rehabilitation of neurological function of patients with HICH,improve the patient's living ability and outcome,the TCM syndromes and signs.2.ZhenGan Xifeng Decoction has no obvious effect on the the improvement of consciousness of patients with wind formation from Yin deficiency after HICH operation.3.It is not considered that Zhengan Xifeng Decoction has an effect on serum S100? protein in patients with HICH after operation.
