Objective: The work is to build white mice models of Children with TS and feed themchangpu yujin decoction the effect of medicine on Monoamine neurotransmitter in theperipheral bloodand the metabolites was discussed, which provide basis for the clinicaldiagnosis and treatment.Method:120(20+2g) SPF KM in immature male mice were chosen and divided intotwo groups randomly, blank group (20) and models making group (100). TS Mousemodelwas built by injecting3,3,-iminodipropionitrile into abdominal cavity for a week formodels making group. Afterwards,12white mice were chosen randomly from blank group toparticipate into experimental blank group. Model group were divided into five groupsrandomly named The model group, tiapride group and traditional Chinese medicine in high, medium, low dose group.blank group were feed regularly and Tiapride group, high, low, inChinese medicine group were orally given tiapride and traditional Chinese medicine, Chinesemedicine in high, low concentration of granule.Every two weeks, the activities frequencies ofwhite mice were detected. Every week, their weights were conducted. After two weeks offeeding medicine,6white mice were chosen randomly from every group and Orbital blood. The content of dopamine(DA)、norepinephrine (NE)、5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) andHomovanillic acid(HVA)in blood plasma were determined via HPLC. The other mice werefeed according to the above methods and examined two weeks later.Results:1.eight days, the activity frequencies of mice in model making group areobviously higher than those of blank group(P<0.05);22days, Chinese high, medium dosegroup mice and tiapride group were significantly lower than that of model group activityfrequency(P<0.05);36days and22days results,The36days high, in traditional Chinesemedicine, low dose group of mice was significantly lower than the22days activity frequencyof the same dose model group level(P<0.05).2.8days, the weight increase of mice in blank group are more obvious than othergroups(P<0.05).22days, Weight in the traditional Chinese medicine dose group comparedwith the model group mice were significantly increased (P<0.05);36days, The mice of eachgroup were compared with the model group were significantly increased body weight (P<0.05).3.22days, the content of DA、HVA、NE in blood plasma for Chinese Medicine high, medium dose group decreased obviously compared with model groups(P<0.05); Chinesemedicine of high, middle dose group comparison tiapride group, decreased the content ofHVA in plasma(P<0.05).36days, Chinese medicine of high, middle and low dose group, tiapride group compared with model group, decreased plasma DA, HVA, NE content(P<0.05); Chinese medicine of high, middle dose group and tiapride group compare, decreasethe content of5-HIT in plasma (P<0.05).36days and22days results,The36days high, lowin traditional Chinese medicine group, plasma DA, HVA, NE content were lower than thosein experiment second weeks with the group level (P<0.05), The content of5-HIT is higherthan the level of22days (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Building model of TS via injecting IDPN into mice belly is a comparably idealmethod.2.Changpu Yujin decoction can improve TS model mice weight and the improving timeis in proportion to time.3.Experimental results prove that the confusion of Neurotransmitter such as DA、NE、5-HT is important reason for the formation of TS.4.Homemade Changpu Yujin decoction can improve the contents of Monoamineneurotransmitterin TS model blood plasma and cure effectively, the cure effect isproportionate to the medication time and dose.
