| Background:Pruritus(PA)is a persistent neuropathic dermatopathy with no primary perianal skin lesions.As an independent disease of primary pruritus,its etiology and pathogenesis is not yet clear,and has not established a well-established standardization of treatment programs.Most of them are mainly conservative treatment,with poor long-term efficacy and recurrence High rate of shortcomings.Therefore,how to exert the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine so that the effect of conservative treatment is remarkable and how to improve the curative effect of modern medical science and technology has a huge research space.Objective:To observe the clinical effect of photon therapy combined with Tuo Li Yu Yang Decoction on oral primary pruritus through contrasting.Methods:The source of this topic from July 2017-March 2018 in Shenzhen City Hospital Outpatient or inpatient treatment of patients,will meet the inclusion criteria of 96 cases of primary pruritus patients were randomly average divided into 3 groups,namely the treatment group,the control group A and the control group B.the treatment group to oral Tuo li Yu yang Decoction + photon treatment;the control group A to fumigation + photon therapy;the control group B to oral Tory Yuyang soup treatment.Were observed and recorded three groups of patients in the treatment of 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks after the degree of itching anus,itching duration,itching interval,perianal skin lesions.Results:A total of 91 cases were completed in the study,treatment group(N =32),control group(N=29)and control group(N=30).The general situation of the three groups before treatment and the observation of the indicators were compared,the difference was not statistically significant,with the same comparability.The results are as follows:(1)After one week of treatment,there were significant differences in the duration of pruritus between treatment group,control group A and control group B,and the scores of pruritus,pruritus interval and skin changes after one week of treatment The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05)and the differences were statistically significant after 2 weeks and 4 weeks(P <0.05).The treatment group is better than the control group A,control group B.(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment group,the control group A and the control group B for 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,suggesting that there is no significant improvement in the lesion area of the three groups.(3)Compared with the treatment group and the control group,the indicators at different time points suggest that the scores of pruritus degree,duration of pruritus,pruritus interval and total score in treatment group before treatment and after one week of treatment have statistical significance(P <0.05).There was significant difference in the difference of integral of lesion degree after 2 weeks of treatment,while the difference of integral of lesion area was statistically significant after 4 weeks of treatment.The score of lesion area in control group A was statistically significant Changes in appearing in the treatment of 4 weeks after the remaining index points in the treatment of 1 week after the significant difference;control group B in the treatment of only 1 week after the score of pruritus was statistically significant differences in the area of skin lesions statistically significant changes Appeared in the treatment of 4 weeks,the remaining indicators after 2 weeks of treatment was statistically significant.Conclusion:Tuo Li Yu Yang Decoction has the effects of warming,invigorating,supporting and clearing.The combination of carnation photon therapy can obviously improve the pruritus and skin lesion symptoms of patients with primary pruritus.The curative effect is obvious and the recurrence rate is low. |
