| Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Sangju Qingjie Decoction treatment of adult community-acquired pneumonia by using randomized controlled method,and provide more clinical experience and scientific basis for the use of Chinese medicine for the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.Methods:This subject adopts randomized design scheme,collected in January 2017 to January 2018 Zhongshan affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine general internal medicine 90 cases of adult community-acquired pneumonia which was confirmed,was randomly and averagely divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group.Each one was given regular basis treatment,but the patient in the treatment group was additionally given Sangju Qingjie Decoction.The Clinical trial is 1 week.Recording signs and symptoms of each patient before and after treatment,keeping account of changes of infection markers and imaging examination of lung,finally applying the statistical soft system of SPSS 20.0 to analyze the experimental data.Result:1.Clinical efficacy:In the overall effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%,however the control is 93.33%.The clinical efficacy was better than that of control(P<0.05),by the nonparametric rank and test analysis,which reveals that the treatment plan of treatment group surpass the control one.2.The time of temperature recovering normal: The mean time of temperature recovering normal of treatment group is(2.13±0.90)days and that of control one is(2.68±1.78)days,which have significant difference(P<0.05)by t-test.This points out taking Sangju Qingjie Decoction can help patients of CAP faster recover normal temperature.3.the single sign and symptom:one week after the procedure,the single sign and symptom of tow groups have improved apparently.Comparing with before the course of treatment,there is a significant difference(P<0.05)by the nonparametric rank and test analysis.After the end of the course with comparison and analysis in two groups,the improvement of signs,including cough,expectoration and polydipsia,of the treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05).However,the improvement of moist rale of lung was no significant ant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).this result means both the two treatment plans can make good improvements of the signs and symptom,but Sangju Qingjie Decoction can more effectively relieve the single sign to improve the quality of life.4.The infection markers: both of treatments are able to make the total number of white blood cells,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin decreased.But there is no significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups.It still can not believe that taking Sangju Qingjie Decoction can make the infection markers decreased significantly.5.After the analysis of non parametric rank sum test,the treatment regimens of the two groups showed a similar effect(P<0.05)on the improvement of Pulmonary inflammation exudation,and the difference was not statistically significant.6.Drug safety: After observation for a period of 1 weeks,no adverse drug reactions were observed in two groups of patients as well as there were no abnormalities in the urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function,and twelve lead electrocardiogram.Conclusion:Sangju Qingjie Decoction developed by Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is effective in treating community-acquired pneumonia in adults.It can not only significantly improve the signs of cough,expectoration and polydipsia,but also can bring the fever to normal for fever patients.During the 1 week observation,there were no abnormalities in urine,stool conventional liver and kidney function tests,and twelve lead ECG in 45 treatment groups. |
