Research On Efficacy Of Pneumonia (community Acquired Pneumonia) With The Xinghuang Zhike Mixture

Objective This study by observing the Xinghuang Zhike mixture treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(cough Hot wind make lung type)and western medicine treatment of the disease in clinical symptoms,signs,white blood cell count,hypersensitive c-reactive protein,chest CT,at the same time,comprehensive analysis of these two kinds of treatment effect comparison,put forward the optimization scheme of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine,which discuss Xinghuang Zhike mixture in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia clinical value and promoting significance.Methods Will collect meet the others pushed the 100 cases of community acquired pneumonia(cough Hot wind make cases pulmonary type)Randomly divided into treatment group and western medicine of traditional Chinese medicine intervention group,50 cases in each group and western medicine treatment group application of western medicine,Chinese medicine intervention group application of combined treatment of TCM and western medicine,to treat 7 days respectively,observe the two groups after treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(cough Hot wind make lung type)in patients with clinical symptoms,signs,white blood cell count,hypersensitive c-reactive protein and the impact of imaging.Compare the curative effect of TCM intervention group and western medicine treatment group,with the objective evaluation of apricot yellow cough mixture in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(cough Hot wind make the clinical curative effect of pulmonary type).Results 1.Compared with before treatment,after treatment in two groups of patients cough,sputum,lung wet then,TCM syndrome integral,total number of white blood cells,hypersensitive c-reactive protein and so on chest CT examination has improved.the differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05),Chinese medicine intervention group improved more significantly.2.The clinical curative effect,western medicine treatment group total effective rate was 84.0%,Chinese medicine intervention group total effective rate was 96.0%,no statistically significant differences between the groups((P>0.05),but the traditional Chinese medicine intervention group total effective rate is higher than the control group.Suggest use apricot yellow cough mixture in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(cough Hot wind make lung)than single use western medicine has better curative effect,worth clinical promotion.3.The two groups of patients with allergic c-reactive protein test results it had no statistically significant difference before treatment((P>0.05),data comparable;has significantly reduced after treatment,compared with before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),Chinese medicine intervention group hypersensitive c-reactive protein than western medicine treatment group reduced more obviously,differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinghuang Zhike mixture with conventional western medicine therapy can improve community-acquired pneumonia(cough Hot wind make type)in patients with clinical symptoms,lung especially in the aspects such as cough,sputum,lung then,reduce the white blood cell count,allergic inflammation index,such as c-reactive protein level,speed up the lung inflammation absorption.
