Purpose: The purpose of this research is to observe the effect of Qingre BaiduDecoction in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia (CAP) clinical efficacy, forfurther exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine prescription in thetreatment of CAP with clinical observation.Methods: According to the discharge standards, in2011December to2012June,included60patients with CAP, and were randomly divided into treatment group andcontrol group, each of30cases. The treatment group was given traditional Chinesemedicine decoction "Qingre Baidu Decoction" daily300ml (2bags) and Western medicineoral azithromycin dispersible tablets on the first day of taking0.5g (2), second to seventh,1times a day oral0.25g (1pieces). The control group were given western medicineAzithromycin Dispersible Tablets on the first day of taking0.5g (2), second to seventh,1times a day oral administration of0.25g (1), and system changes were observed beforetreatment and after treatment of the symptoms, signs, physical and chemical inspectionindex of.Results: The results showed that the treatment group (Qingre Baidu decoction combinedwith azithromycin) the total efficiency of90%; group B (oral azithromycin) the totalefficiency of70%; after statistics processing, P<0.05, there was significant difference,indicating that the treatment group is better than control group.Conclusion:Qingre Baidu Decoction in the treatment of community acquiredpneumonia (heat-toxin poly lung syndrome) curative effect is obvious, especially fever,mouth thirst, constipation, effect. Has not yet been found adverse reactions, it is worthy offurther clinical promotion.
