| ObjectiveThis clinical study is a study of randomized controlled trials,which is according to the Northwick Park neckpain scale,McGill pain questionnaire and the records of Soft tissue to explore the curative effect of Qianci-acupuncture on the Neck Type of Cervical Spondylosis.MethodsThe subjects of this study were outpatients,inpatients and recruited patients of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM from January,2017 to January,2018.By using SPSS 19.0 statistical software,one hundred and two random numbers were produced.According to the sequence of one hundred and two patients recruited,all patients were randomly divided into three groups like Qianci acupuncture group(group A),Conventional acupoint Conventional acupuncture group(group B),Conventional acupoint shallow acupuncture group(group C),with thirty-four patients in each group.All three of the Northwick Park neckpain scale,McGill pain questionnaire and the records of Soft tissue are the indexes for evaluating the curative effects of Qianci-acupuncture.All patients were treated for two courses of treatment and observed in four times.When the study was done,SPSS19.0 software was used to organize and analyze data.Results(?)Analysis of baselineThere is no significant difference(P>0.05)in comparison to the baseline level analysis of the three groups,such as gender,duration of disease,ages,dialectical types of TCM,subjective and objective indexes before treatment.It means that three groups are comparable.(?)Analysis of subjective indicators1)group comparison: There is significant difference(P<0.01)in comparison to the Northwick Park neckpain scale and McGill pain questionnaireof each group at each of three observation points like the first course of treatment,the second course of treatment and the course of follow-up for one month.It means that the three kinds of acupuncture methods have certainly curative effects on treating the Neck Type of Cervical Spondylosis.2)Comparison between groups: There is significant difference(P<0.05)in comparison to the Northwick Park neckpain scale and McGill pain questionnaire between three groups at each one of the three observation points like the first course of treatment,the second course of treatment and the course of follow-up for one month.It prompts that Qianci-acupuncture method of the three methods has the best and most lasting curative effects on treating the Neck Type of Cervical Spondylosis,and Conventional acupoint Conventional acupuncture group has better and longer curative effects than Conventional acupoint shallow acupuncture group.(?)Analysis of objective indicators1)group comparison: There is no significant difference(P>0.05)on the displacements of Soft tissue of three groups by comparing the first course of treatment or the second course of treatment with the data before treatments.It prompts that the short-term efficacy of the three kinds of acupuncture methods are not obvious on increasing the displacements of Soft tissue while treating the Neck Type of Cervical Spondylosis.There is no significant difference(P>0.05)on the displacements of Soft tissue of Qianci-acupuncture group by comparing the course of follow-up for one month with the data before treatments,while there is significant difference(P<0.05)on Conventional acupoint Conventional acupuncture group and Conventional acupoint shallow acupuncture group.It prompts that on the course of follow-up for one month,both of the Conventional acupoint Conventional acupuncture group and Conventional acupoint shallow acupuncture group have obviously long-term efficacy on increasing the displacements of Soft tissue rather than Qianci-acupuncture group.There is significant difference(P<0.05)in comparison to the percentage of absorbing and converting energy of Soft tissue(S%)of each group at each one of the three observation points.It prompts that the three kinds of acupuncture methods have short-term and long-term curative effects on improving the percentage of absorbing and converting energy of Soft tissue(S%).2)Comparison between groups: There is no significant difference(P>0.05)in comparison to the displacements of Soft tissue of each group at the first course of treatment,the second course of treatment and the course of follow-up for one month,which prompts that the three kinds of acupuncture methods have similar curative effects on increasing the displacements of Soft tissue.There is significant difference(P<0.001)in comparison to the percentage of absorbing and converting energy of Soft tissue(S%)of Qianci-acupuncture method with the two other groups at the first course of treatment and the second course of treatment while it is no significant difference(P>0.05)between Conventional acupoint Conventional acupuncture group and Conventional acupoint shallow acupuncture group.It prompts that Qianci-acupuncture method of the three methods has the best curative effects on improving the percentage of absorbing and converting energy of Soft tissue(S%),and Conventional acupoint Conventional acupuncture group and Conventional acupoint shallow acupuncture group have similar curative effects on improving the percentage of absorbing and converting energy of Soft tissue(S%).There is significant difference(P<0.01)in comparison to the percentage of absorbing and converting energy of Soft tissue(S%)of the three groups at the course of follow-up for one month.It prompts that Qianci-acupuncture method of the three methods has the most lasting curative effects on improving the percentage of absorbing and converting energy of Soft tissue(S%),while Conventional acupoint shallow acupuncture group is more stable than Conventional acupoint Conventional acupuncture group.(?)Analysis of the overall curative effects1)group comparison: There is significant difference(P<0.01)in comparison to the overall curative effects of the three groups.It prompts that the three kinds of acupuncture methods have certainly curative effects on treating the Neck Type of Cervical Spondylosis.2)Comparison between groups: The overall response rate of Qianci-acupuncture method is 96.88%;The overall response rate of Conventional acupoint Conventional acupuncture method is 80.65%;The overall response rate of Conventional acupoint shallow acupuncture method is53.33%.There is significant difference(P< 0.0167)in comparison to the overall curative effects between the three groups.It prompts that Qianci-acupuncture method of the three methods has the best and most lasting curative effects on treating the Neck Type of Cervical Spondylosis,whileConventional acupoint Conventional acupuncture method is better than Conventional acupoint shallow acupuncture method.Conclusion1)Qianci-acupuncture method has certainly curative effects on treating the Neck Type of Cervical Spondylosis,which is much better than Conventional acupoint Conventional acupuncture method and Conventional acupoint shallow acupuncture method.2)Qianci-acupuncture method is much more lasting than Conventional acupoint Conventional acupuncture method and Conventional acupoint shallow acupuncture method.Conventional acupoint Conventional acupuncture method is more lasting than Conventional acupoint shallow acupuncture method. |
