ObjectivesA randomized controlled clinical study to observe qianci-acupuncture treatment for the therapeutic effect of cervical vertebral artery disease, to verify the superiority of qianci-acupuncture in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.MethodsIn this study,90 cases of standard subjects, including cases of Origin Guangdong Provincial Hospital inpatient and outpatient acupuncture patient recruitment. The use of PEMS 3.2 statistical software will be included 90 patients randomly divided into treatment group (qianci-acupuncture group), control group 1(conventional acupuncture group) and control group 2 (conventional acupuncture of qianci group). Acupoints qianci-acupuncture group:the main line in the neck pillow, neck and shoulder, looking through consultation, palpation, interrogation to find the patient’s skin, muscle, fascia and other reactive changes Ashi, such as:local tenderness point, subcutaneous induration, cords and other changes place;local skin, muscle tension and contralateral differences. That line in the local superficial needling. Operation:ask the patient sitting, head slightly bent down, after routine disinfection.1 inch needle to prick the skin a pale, obliquely or flat spines angles (10°-30°), according to the patient to determine body fat, thin needle depth, a depth of 0.2 to 0.6 inch acupuncture, exercise therapy combined with acupuncture, the patient is asked to make turning neck, shrugged, looked up, bow and other sports, the case depending on the patient’s symptoms and adjust the direction of needling depth to the degree of symptoms. Groupl(conventional acupuncture group) will be acupunctured the points of fengchi, Baihui, Taichong, Neiguan, Zusanli, Ashi. Group 2 acupoints with conventional acupuncture group, but the methods of operation with shallow needling group, not combined with acupuncture movement. Inserts the needle after 30 minutes without any action. The treatment of all cases is once a day,5 times is a course, there are 2 days off between all the course of treatment. The main targets for the improvement of vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scales, FS-CSA. Secondary indicators Overall Evaluation. Observation point:before treatment, after the fifth treatment, after the 10th treatment, after treatment ends one month follow-up after the end of treatment and 1 overall efficacy evaluation, assessment by all fixed reviewers evaluated and evaluation those who do not know the specific packet.Results1. The present study is a randomized controlled clinical trials, the first three groups of subjects treated sex, age, duration of symptoms before treatment and functional scale integration and other baseline were not statistically different (P>0.05), general equilibrium randomization in three groups, comparable.2. Compare all time points within groups:three groups of treatment scale score with the advance of time, the difference was statistically significant, and the three groups after the fifth treatment, after 10 treatments, one month follow-up group inside were statistically significant (P<0.05), prompted three different sets of acupuncture are effective cervical vertebral artery disease, clinically significant.3. During the comparison between treatment groups:comparative efficacy of different treatment time points three groups, suggesting that the different treatment time, the treatment group were better than two in the control group, the treatment group compared with the control group, two rapid onset of effect is good. Further pairwise comparison shallow needling acupuncture group and the conventional group, conventional acupuncture shallow acupuncture group after the fifth treatment, after the tenth treatment difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while the conventional acupuncture group and the conventional shallow thorn acupuncture group showed no significant difference (P>0.05) in both treatment time points, suggesting that superficial needling treatment is superior to conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture of qianci group.4. Follow-up comparison:follow-up from the score point of view, the extent of the treatment group compared with two control groups of recurrent low, suggesting that the treatment group more consolidated. Pairwise comparison between further prompt superficial needling group and two control groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), prompted superficial needling acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture and conventional shallow stab in the consolidation of efficacy, indicating superficial needling have in improving the quality of life in patients with long-term advantages; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) between conventional and acupuncture with conventional shallow thorn acupuncture group, indicating the long-term efficacy of conventional shallow stab points superior to the conventional acupuncture.5. Overall Comparison of efficacy:treatment of subjects in 8 patients were cured,12 cases markedly improved in 9 cases and 1 case, the total effective rate 66.67%; control group 1 subjects were cured in 3 cases,8 cases were markedly improved 14 cases,5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 36.67%; control group,2 subjects were cured,2 cases,10 cases markedly improved in 12 cases,6 cases, total effective rate was 40.00%; statistically different(F=6.429,P=0.038<0.05), results suggest that superficial needling treatment overall efficacy of cervical vertebral artery disease than conventional acupuncture group and conventional shallow thorn acupuncture group.ConclusionQianci-acupuncture of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is superior to conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture of qianci, which has a quick, significant treatment effect, and the consolidation effect.
