Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of 60 Cases Of Adenoid Hypertrophy(Gas And Blood Stasis) In Children

Purpose: By observing the Siberian cocklebur fights decoction in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children(resistance of qi and blood stasis type)and application: the curative effect of rhinitis particles,observation of xanthium sibiricum fights the superiority and security of the soup,and do further research and promotionMethod: According to the disease symptoms and signs and related auxiliary examination and so on,will be incorporated into accord with infantile adenoid hypertrophy(resistance of qi and blood stasis type)of 60 cases,adopts the principle of randomized divided into two groups,each group 30 cases,treatment group given xanthium sibiricum fights orally,day three times,10 days for a period of treatment;Control group given: rhinitis oral granule,a 2grams,day 3,10 days for a period of treatment,30 days to observe the curative effect,comparing two groups of curative effect comparison,we found that Siberian cocklebur fights decoction has obvious effect for adenoid hypertrophy in children is superior to the pure oral treatment: rhinitis particles,and the curative effect of two groups of 99 children before and after treatment were statistically analyzedResult: In the treatment of 30 cases of adenoid hypertrophy in children,5 cases were recovered,16 were effective,7 were effective and 2 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.Compared with the control group,30 cases(total effective rate of 80%)were treated with tongqiaoyan granule in children,and P<0.05 was statistically treated,and the difference was significant.Conclusion: Siberian cocklebur fights decoction in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children,relieve symptoms,curative effect,was better than control group,with good safety,no obvious adverse reaction,for clinical treatment provides a effective way to adenoid hypertrophy in children...
