The Clinical Effect Of Qingbizhihan Decoction On Adenoid Hypertrophy(Phlegm Blended With Blood Stasis)in Children

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingbizhihan Decoction on adenoid hypertrophy(phlegm blended with blood stasis)in children.Methods:160 cases of children with adenoid hypertrophy were divided into two groups,120 cases in the treatment group,40 cases in the control group.The treatment group rule to blood stasis and phlegm Sanjie,Oral Qingbizhihan decoction,2 times a day;the control group was treated with Biyuantongqiao particles and nasal inhaled mometasone furoate.A course of 3 weeks.Record the symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment,taken nasopharyngeal lateral X-ray slice or CT,Calculate the A/N value,to analyze the statistic data.Results:Treatment group,due to difficulty in children taking off 4 cases,medication midway serious illness plus other drugs as invalid cases in 4 cases,complete the record of 112 cases;the control group due to severe illness plus other drugs as invalid cases in 9 cases,complete the record of 31 cases.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.55%,the total effective rate of the control group was 77.50%,the difference was statistically significant,showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Before and after treatment,the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were compared,were statistically significant,the treatment group was superior to the control group;the main symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,among them,nasal congestion,sleep snoring,sleep opening,sleep nasal fist points were statistically significant,the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.The objective index of A/N value of lateral radiograph of nasopharynx was compared,there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Qingbizhihan Decoction treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy(phlegm blended with blood stasis)is better than the effect of Biyuantongqiao particles and nasal inhaled mometasone furoate.Symptoms such as stuffy nose,snoring and mouth breathing has improved significantly.In addition to medication slightly difficult,no obvious adverse reactions.
