The Clinical Research On Treating Adenoid Hypertrophy Of Phlegm-Blood Stasis In The Children With Manipulation Combined With Acupoint Application

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of manipulation combined with acupoint application in treating adenoid hypertrophy of phlegm-blood stasis in the childern,in order to provide a safe,standardized and effective theraty.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 cases of adenoid hypertrophy in childern were randomly divided into treatment group(manipulation combined with acupoint application)(30 cases)and manipulation group(30 cases).The treatment group:(1)manipulation treatment: pushing Tianmen and Kangong 50 times,kneading Taiyang and Yingxiang 1 minite,taking fengchi and hegu 1 minute,tonifying Pijing and pushing Feijing 100 times,turning Bagua and devicing Sihengwen 1 minute,kneading Zusanli and Fenglong 1 minute.once a day,7 times a course of treatment,course of treatment between two days rest,treatment 3 period of treatment.(2)acupoint application treatment: selecting acupoints: tiantu,danzhong,dazhui,feishu,gaohuang.operating: the skin surface is disinfected with 75% alcohol cotton ball.a small amount of ointment is pressed into a pie shape and placed on a sterile patches,and gently applied on the acupoints.3 ~ 4h each time,8 days once,treatment 3 times.Manipulation group: Operation,Period of treatment are the same as the manipulation operation in the treatment group.After three courses,To observe and compare the safety,clinical efficacy,Signs and symptoms,the X-ray of the nasopharynx(A/N)and children's compliance of each group after treatment.Results:(1)Comparation of safey compaliance: there were no adverse reactions in the treatment of the two groups of methods.The two groups had higher security and compliance.(2)Comparation of effectiveness: the cure rate,total effective rate of Treatmentgroup,Manipulation group,was 10.00%,60.00%,3.33%,and 93.12%,50.00%,88.31%.Both groups were effective in treating children with adenoid hypertrophy,especially in the treatment group(P<0.05).(3)Comparation of D-value in clinical symptoms and signs scores:the treatment group was effective in improving symptoms and signs of children,and better than the manipulation group in improving nasal congestion,snoring,and open mouth breathing(P<0.05).(4)Comparis of D-value X-ray nasopharynx tablets(A/N): the treatment group was better than the manipulation group in reducing adenoid(P<0.05).Conclusion: Manipulation combined with acupoint application is an effective method for treating adenoid hypertrophy of phlegm-blood stasis in childern.It was worthy of promotion and application for the future.
