Object:This study was conducted to observe the effectiveness and safety of the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy(Phlegm blended with blood stasis)in children,Provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy in children.Method:In this study,a total of 80 children with adenoidal hypertrophy(Phlegm blended with blood stasis)were observed.TCM syndrome score and electronic nose endoscopy before treatment.Then take Professor Shi's self-madehhuatan Sanjie Prescrition(Chinese medicine free fried granules)was orally administered for 3 weeks.After the end of the treatment,the TCM syndrome score and electronic nasal endoscopy were reviewed again.Organize and analyze the indicators before and after treatment,Use statistical methods for Processing.Result:(1)Overall efficacy analysis:Healed in 5 cases(6.25%),Significantly effective in 7cases(8.75%),effective in 62 cases(77.5%),ineffective in 4 cases(5.00%),recurrence in 2cases(2.5%),total effective in 74 cases(92.50%).(2)Analysis of relevant factors:There was no significant difference in age,efficacy and gender of adenoidal hypertrophy(P>0.05).It indicates that the age of onset,and the efficacy are not related to gender.There were statistically significant differences in severity between different genders(Pindicating that the severity of adenoid hypertrohy was related to gender.There was no significant difference in the efficacy,age and severity of the disease(P>0.05).It shows that the curative effect is not related to age and severity of the disease.Electronic nasal endoscopy and severity of the disease were analyzed by statistics.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It indicated that the greater the electronic nasal endoscopy grading,the more serious the condition of the children was.Curative effect and electronic nasal endoscopy grading by chi-square test analysis,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the therapeutic effect is related to the grading of electronic nasal endoscopy.(3)Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes:Total integral of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,Total integral of Primary and secondary symptoms of TCM syndromes,Statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adenoid facial features before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Comparisons of the scores of other symptoms,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Electronic nasal endoscopy grading:There were significant differences in electronic nasal endoscopy before and after treatment(P<0.05).This indicates that the degree of nasal obstruction caused by adenoidal hypertrophy is smaller than that before treatment.conclusion: Huatan Sanjie Recipe is effective in treating children with adenoid hypertrophy,No obvious adverse reactions were observed.It is worthy of clinical application.
