The Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Xiaojie Yin Combined With Pediatric Massage In Treating Children's Adenoidal Hypertrophy With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effects of Yiqi Xiaojie Yin combined with pediatric massage on the symptoms,signs and quality of life of children with adenoid hypertrophy in qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to combine nasal corticosteroids with leukotriene receptor antagonists.In contrast,objectively analyze the clinical efficacy of this therapy,and provide the basis for TCM dialectical treatment of adenoid hypertrophy,with a view to forming a simple and effective treatment plan suitable for such childrenMethods:Sixty children with adenoid hypertrophy in qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were enrolled,they were evenly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The observation group was treated with Yiqi Xiaojie Yin combined with pediatric massage,while the control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray and montelukast sodium chewable tablets.One month is a course of treatment,and both groups are treated for a course of treatment.Follow-up is six months after stopping treatment.Observe the changes of symptom score,adenoid volume and quality of life score before treatment,one month after treatment and six months after treatment discontinuation,and evaluate the clinical effect of this therapy on children with adenoid hypertrophy in qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Results:After one month of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%and that in the control group was 78.57%.There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).After six months of discontinuation,there were no clinically cured cases in both groups.The total effective rate in the group was 83.33%,1.30 times that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the short-term effects of the two groups were comparable,while the long-term effects of the observation group were better than the control group.Comparison within the group:After one month of treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before the treatment,especially in stuffy nose,nocturnal snoring and open mouth breathing(P<0.01);the control group after six months of discontinuation compared with before treatment,there was no significant improvement in open mouth breathing(P=0.214).After one month of treatment and six months after treatment withdrawal,the scores of the symptom,adenoid volume,and OSA-18 scale score in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01)Comparison between groups:There was no significant difference in nasal congestion,open mouth breathing,and apnea at night after one month of treatment between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),but there was a statistical difference in snoring at night(P=0.039);The observation group was significantly different from the control group in stuffy nose and open mouth breathing after six months of treatment withdrawal(P<0.05),but it was not significantly different from the control group in terms of snoring and apnea at night(P>0.05).After one month of treatment and six months after treatment withdrawal,the observation group and the control group had significant differences in secondary scores,adenoid volume,and OSA-18 scale points(P<0.01),the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Yiqi Xiaojie Yin combined with pediatric massage,mometasone furfurate nasal spray and montelukast sodium chewable tablets are effective in treating adenoid hypertrophy in qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the short term,but in terms of reducing adenoid volume,improving secondary symptoms and quality of life,the observation group was better than the control group,and the long-term effect of the observation group was more significant.
