A Real World Study Of 500 Children With Bronchopneumonia By Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Purpose:through the real world research method,we analyzed the basic information,medication course,medication situation and adverse reactions of 500 children with bronchopneumonia.In order to provide more effective methods for clinical treatment.Method:the real world study based on the concept of Western medicine,observation of 500 cases in the combined treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children through the collection of information,screening information,statistical analysis,chart analysis,the real situation in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia with combination of TCM and Western medicine,including the patients basic information,drug treatment,drug use,blood tests,and other tests adverse reactions and other information,and analyze.Result:the real world research based on the combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Clinical Observation on the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children,children in the hospital with symptoms,the medication process mostly 7-10 days;clinical general medicine in traditional Chinese medicine preparation,the application of Xiyanping injection in the highest frequency,53.8%;Western Medicine application up to Azithromycin for Injection,use frequency 30%;external therapy of Chinese medicine clinical rare,to collapse stains sticking by the most frequent 70.2%,acupoint application is next in line with modern 53,6%;the purpose of using the research results,the main application of antiviral drugs,antiviral drugs accounted for 42,31%of the total drug application;white blood cells accounted for the high rate of clinical analysis of 37%objects;the percentage of neutrophil lymphocyte ratio high high 27.6%;47.8%;mononuclear cells accounted for the high rate of clinical observation The object of the 56.2%;high sensitivity C reactive protein ratios accounted for 38.2%;the detection of Mycoplasma and Chlamydia abnormalities accounted for 42%;the patients with chest radiograph examination report is suggestive of increased pulmonary markings for clinical analysis of 60.2%objects,X-ray film of the chest normal accounted for only 2.2%;procalcitonin is often in 82.8%.While procalcitonin is high 16.6%;the disease outcome is good,the recovery was 95.2%;the adverse reactions and drug drug interaction studies were between the.This study clarifies the clinical medication status,medication age,course of treatment and external treatment of Chinese medicine in children with bronchopneumonia,which provides a basis for clinical practice.Through comprehensive evaluation and statistical analysis,it can provide a basis for the policy of medical administrative departments,guide clinical rational drug use,and provide new ideas for medical staff in clinical work.Conclusion:In the clinical observation of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in the real world,most of the children were admitted to the hospital with general symptoms.Most of them were used for most of the 6-10 days;the general use of medicine was mainly traditional Chinese medicine,of which the application frequency of yanyanping injection was the highest and 53.8%,and the most applied western medicine preparation was Azi for injection.Mycophenin,the frequency of use is 30%,the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is more common,the most common application of Chinese medicine is 70.2%,acupoint application is the most common,acupoint application is the second 53,6%,the application of antiviral drugs accounts for 42,31%of the total amount of applied drugs;the high rate of leukocyte ratio accounts for 37%of the clinical analysis object;the percentage of the median granulocyte is 27.6%;The ratio of cell ratio was 47.8%,the ratio of mononuclear cell ratio was 56.2%,the rate of hypersensitive C reaction protein was 38.2%,and Chlamydia Mycoplasma was 39.6%,and the results of chest radiography were often suggested that the lung texture increased to 60.2%of the clinical analysis object,and the calcitonin was higher than that of the clinical analysis object.See 16.6%.The results of this study provide more valuable reference for clinical practice.
