| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of two groups of children with recurrent bronchopneumonia,to study the clinical effect of Tai Yin Tiao Wei Decoction on children with recurrent bronchopneumonia,and to find a better way to treat children with recurrent bronchopneumonia.Methods:children with recurrent bronchopneumonia were studied with randomized controlled trial design.60 children were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The cases included the standard of Western medicine and the standard of medical diagnosis.In the observation group,the control group was treated with antibiotics while taking Tai Yin Tiao Wei decoction.Basic prescription:Coix seed 15g,Semen Raphani 10g,ephedra 5g,Ophiopogon 5g,Schisandra chinensis 5g,calamus 5g,chestnut 15g,Platycodon 5g.Addition and subtraction of drugs:cough and asthma attack period add and subtract:to dry chestnut plus Scutellaria 5g,mulberry 5g,winter flower 5g,white fruit 5g,apricot kernel 7.5G;cough and asthma relief period add and decrease:Tai Yin Regulating Stomach Decoction of Ephedra 2.5g.According to age and weight,the control group was given azithromycin(Dong Yao group,H20000197)and 1 times every 3 days.The clinical effect of two groups of children before and after treatment were observed.Data collection is collected by SPSS 19.0 statistical software to establish a database for analysis.The analysis methods include paired t test,counting data using chi square test and so on.Results:(1)the number of episodes before and after treatment in the two groups was P<0.05.The number of episodes in the observation group was P<0.05 after treatment.(2)after treatment,the level of IgG,IgA and IgM in the observation group improved significantly compared with those before the treatment.The level of IgG and IgM in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05,and the level of IgG,IgA and IgM in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.(3)the level of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group was P<0.05 compared with that before treatment.The level of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The level of CD3+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment.(6)he effective rate and effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Tai Yin Tiao Wei decoction can reduce the frequency of recurrent bronchopneumonia in children.(2)Tai Yin Tiao Wei decoction can improve serum immunoglobulin IgG,IgA and IgM levels in children with recurrent bronchial pneumonia.(3)Tai Yin Tiao Wei decoction can improve the level of T lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in children with recurrent bronchial pneumonia.(4)the treatment of Tai Yin Tiao Wei Tang has a definite effect on children with recurrent bronchopneumonia,and can be widely applied in clinic. |
