| Objective:This topic is to observe Self-created Tusen Anti-Aging Partide contrast Chinese patent drug of Qi-Lin pills treatment Kidney Deficiency and Liver Stangnation type of Delining Ovarian Reserve,explore DOR for Chinese medicine treatment direction,verify Self-created Tusen Anti-Aging particle clinical curative effect and safety,for the clinical treatment of this disease to develop new ideas.Methods : A sample of 72 patients with Decreased Ovarian Reserve function in gynecological clinic from June 2016 to December 2017 at Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the random grouping method of clinical scientific research,36 cases were divided into treatment group and 36 cases in control group.The treatment group oral self-created Tusen anti-aging partide,the control group oral Chinese patent drug of Qi-Lin pills,both groups take three consecutive menstrual cycle.The improvement of TCM syndromes and changes of serum hormones after treatment in two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 90.62 % in the treatment group and 85.29% in the control group.By statistical analysis,the clinical effect of Self-created Tusen Anti-Aging Partide on Kidney Deficiency and Liver Stangnation type of Delining Ovarian Reserve was better than that of control group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in integral comparison and serum hormone levels between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion : The treatment of Delining Ovarian Reserve(kidney deficiency liver depression type)withSelf-created Tusen Anti-Aging Partide is effective.Therefore,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine theory and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Delining Ovarian Reserve is safe and effective.Traditional Chinese medicine provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of this disease,which is worthy of furtherclinical research. |
