Clinical Observation In Treating Delayed Menstruation With Cold Deficiency Type By GuqitiaojingTang With Acupoint Application

Purpose: Mainly in the oral Guqitiaojingtang with acupoint application,to observe the clinical effect of deficiency type menstruation,observation of the effectiveness of the treatment,provide the basis for clinical promotion and application of Chinese medicine to treat menstruation..Method:This topic observed a total of 72 patients.They all came from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital serviced by the department of gynaecology clinic and are patients of deficiency cold type menstruation.The 72 patients were divided into two groups.There are 36 cases in each group.But the treatment group fell off 2 cases.The control group fell off 3 cases.There are 34 cases in the treatment group actually.There are 33 cases in the control group actually.The treatment group is oral Guqitiaojingtang with acupoint application group and the control group is oral Guqitiaojingtang group.The control group was given medicine 2 times a day,and began taking medicine after the end of each menstrual period,even for 21 days.After the end of the next menstruation,patients taked medicine by this way 3 months.The treatment group,the acupoints were attached to the patients after the end of menstruation,once a day,and each time was applied for 2 hours.21 days as a course of treatment,3 consecutive courses.Observe its clinical effect with Chinese traditional medicine(same control group).The patients should not take other drugs during the medication.According to the two groups before and after treatment in patients with primary and secondary symptoms score comparison by using SPSS 21.0,evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:After three courses of treatment,the 34 cases in the treatment group(Guqitiaojingtang with acupoint application),2 cases were cured,accounting for 5.88%;14 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 41.18%;12 cases were effective,accounting for 35.29%;6 case was ineffective,account-ing for 17.65%;the total efficiency was 82.35%.The 33 cases in the control group(Guqitiaojingtang),1 cases were cured,accounting for 3.03%;12cases were markedly effective,accounting for 36.36%;11 cases were effective,accounting for 33.33%;9 cases were ineffective,accounting for 27.27%;the total efficiency was 72.73%.The treatment of the two groups were effective in treating deficiency cold type menstruation observably,but the treatment group is better than the control group.The two groups had significant difference and statistical significance.The result shows that Guqitiaojingtang with acupoint application is better than Guqitiaojingtang in treating deficiency cold type menstruation.Conclusion:By comparison,we could find Guqitiaojingtang with acupoint application were effective in treating deficiency cold type menstruation observably.There was no obvious side effects.It has the advantages of high safety,good clinical effect and so on,it is worth in clinical practice.
