Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Application Combined With Water-Needling Therapy On Snoring (Deficiency-Cold Type) In Dog Days

Objective By observing the clinical characteristics of patients with snoring due to deficiency and cold,this paper explores the short-term and long-term efficacy of acupoint application combined with Hydro-acupuncture therapy in the three-day period.It proves that this method has advantages in alleviating symptoms,improving immunity and reducing recurrence rate,and provides a basis for further clinical promotion.Method108 cases of snoring(deficiency cold type)were randomly divided into observation group(application + water needle),control group 1(application),control group 2(water needle),36 cases in each group.In the application group,Huangqin Kechuan San(approval number: Z05190753)was applied to Dazhui,Lung,Spleen and Kidney acupoints.In the water needle group,BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection was injected into Tiantuo acupoints.In the application + water needle group,the above two treatments were combined simultaneously.The total course of treatment in the three groups was 4 weeks.The total score of symptoms and signs and VAS scores of the main symptoms were recorded before and after treatment,and the results were followed up for 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment.The results were analyzed by SPSS23.0.Result1.The total score of symptoms and signs of the three groups had significant difference with time(P < 0.01).The comparison within the three groups showed that there were significant differences before and after treatment(P < 0.05).After further comparing the three groups before and after treatment,it was found that the water needle group decreased significantly after the end of treatment,the application group decreased significantly after 6 months of follow-up,and the application + water needle had a significant downward trend at the end of treatment and the follow-up of each period(P< 0.01).2.Among the three groups,the VAS scores of the main symptoms in the application + water needle group were significantly better than those in the other two groups(P < 0.05).In further multiple comparisons,it was found that the application +water needle group was significantly better than the water needle group in the aspects of nasal itching and sneezing,runny nose and nasal obstruction.3.At the end of the treatment,the effective rates of the three groups were 77.42%,46.67% and 61.29%respectively,with statistical significance(p < 0.05).At the follow-up after 6 months,the total effective rates of the three groups were 90.32%,66.67% and 64.52%,with statistical significance(p < 0.05).The curative effect of the application + water needle group was better than that of the other two groups.
