Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis With Lung Qi Deficiency And Cold Type By Navel Therapy And Acupoint Application

Objective:By comparing the effect of navel therapy combined with acupoint application on lung qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis,it is observed whether the efficiency of navel therapy combined with acupoint application is higher than that of acupoint application during the same treatment time,and whether navel therapy combined with acupoint application has a significant therapeutic effect on lung qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis.Method:In accordance with diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 cases of lung qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group was 30 cases,and the observation scale was completed before the first treatment.After the end of the navel therapy,the treatment group was applied to the acupoint application,and the 6-8h was retained.The navel therapy is two times a week,acupoint application once a week,that is,the interval one time the navel therapy is applied once.In the control group,only the acupoint application was applied,and the 6-8h was retained and applied once a week.After the end of the last treatment,the observation scale was filled again.After the end of all treatments,the scores were evaluated by symptom score scale,and the difference between the two groups was observed.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the two groups were compared before and after treatment in each group.The scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the data were statistically different(P <0.05).Compare the difference of the curative effect between the two groups before and after the treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.7%,the control group was 79.3%,and the data had statistical difference(P < 0.01).That is,the two treatments were all effective in treating allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency type,but the combination of navel therapy and acupoint application should be obviously better than the simple acupoint application.Conclusion:Navel therapy combined with acupoint application can effectively treat lung qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis.It can significantly improve the signs and clinical symptoms of patients,and more importantly.
