Clnical Observation Of Treating Delayed Menstruation With Cold Blood Type By Moxibustion Shuiquan Point (KI5) Combined With Acupuncture

Objective:To seek efficacy solutions to cure delayed menstruation with cold blood type,this paper is to observe the changes of symptoms of the patients with delayed menstruation with cold blood type who are received the moxibustion Shuiquan Point(KI5)combined with Acupuncture treatment and then to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,60 patients of delayed menstruation with.cold blood type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with moxibustion Shuiquan Point(KI5)and acupuncture,the control group was given single ordinary acupuncture treatment.The clinical symptoms of two groups of patients before,after treatment and after 3 months of follow-up were recorded.Then use SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software for data processing.According to the result analysis,two groups of clinical curative effect were compared.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in age,course of disease,severity of disease,TCM syndrome score and serum sex hormone level before treatment(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).3.After treatment,the two groups of patients in total score,main symptom integral,minor symptom integral were all statistically significant difference before treatment(P0.01),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment of the two groups in the menstrual cycle,menstrual flow,lower abdomen pain,cold limbs,clear abundant urine,loose stool score was significant the difference before treatment(P<0.01),and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups in lower abdomen pain,cold limbs(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the two groups of PRL,E2 and LH were both higher than before treatment,but there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05),both groups of T were significantly lower than before treatment,but there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05);FSH was elevated before treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).6.After 3 months of follow-up,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%.and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Safety analysis:During treatment,the bloods,urines,fecal routines,liver and kidney functions,ECGs of patients in both two groups were normal,and the treatment methods of both two groups were safe.Conclusion:Moxibustion Shuiquan Point(KI5)combined with acupuncture therapy for delayed menstruation with cold blood type is effective,can effectively improve clinical symptoms,regulate serum sex hormone level,promote ovulation,and no adverse reactions.
