The Clinical Observation Of Erzibaizhu Decoction On Senile Constipation (Pulmonary Temper Deficiency Syndrome)

Object: to verify the clinical effect of the erzibaizhu decoction in the treatment of senile constipation(pulmonary spleen deficiency syndrome),and to provide scientific and objective basis for the clinical treatment of senile constipation.Method: collected 60 cases of senile constipation card belong to pulmonary spleen deficiency syndrome patients,temper to be randomized to treatment group(erzibaizhu decoction)30 cases,in control group(qirongrunchang oral liquid)30 cases,for a course of4 weeks.The symptoms and signs of the subjects were recorded in detail,and the efficacy of the two groups were compared after the treatment.Result:1.The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group.The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of control group was76.7%.The comparison between the two groups(P<0.01)was statistically significant.2.The comparison between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01)was significant,and both groups were better.Compared with the difference between the two groups(P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group.3.In various symptoms on the treatment effect of the treatment group in the treatment of difficult defecation,defecation time,defecate frequency,straining feeling is better than that in control group(P<0.05),and other areas have no obvious difference(P>0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Erzibaizhu decoction has practical effect for the treatment of pulmonary spleen deficiency syndrome in Hainan area in patients with senile constipation,clinical symptoms improved significantly,the use of simple,economic,practical and stable effect,good safety,worthy of clinical implementation.
