The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Constipation Type) With Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation Syndrome By Using JianPiXingQi Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of treating irritable bo wel syndrome(constipation type)with Spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndr ome by using Jian Pi Xing Qi decoction.Methods:Included in the Department of Gastroenterology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and met with asthmatic irritable bowel syndrome(Spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrom)patients with 64 cases,given the Jian Pi Xing Qi decoction treatment,treatment for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine main symptoms,secondary syndrome of TCM syndrome indicators,safety indicators,withdrawal of January recurrence.Clinical analysis was performed by SPSS 21.O statistical software(including general descriptive analysis,rank sum test,T test and other statistical methods).Results:1.The main symptom: abdominal pain or abdominal distention after treatment,defecation time interval extension,difficult defecation stool properties are improved,before and after 2 weeks,4weeks treatment and comparing two syndrome integral,abdominal pain or abdominal distention,defecation time interval extension and difficult defecation,stool properties P<0.05,with statistical significance.2.In the improvement of anorexia,belching hiccups,2 weeks later,4 weeks after the syndrome score decreased compared with before treatment,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,but after 4 weeks and 2 weeks later,P> no statistically significant,Defecation,fatigue,fatigue and other symptoms than before treatment to improve,before treatment,2 weeks later,4 weeks after the syndrome score,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Treatment for 2 weeks,cure 0 people,markedly effective 22 people,effective32,ineffective 8 total effective rate was 87.1%;treatment 4 weeks,27 people were cured,markedly effective 26,effective 6,invalid 3,always The efficiency was 95.2%.The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).4.Recurrent relapse : 1 month follow-up after a total of 40 cases,6 cases of relapse,no recurrence in 34 cases,the recurrence rate of 15%.5.Safety evaluation:No adverse reactions were found during the trial.Conclusion : Jian Pi Xing Qi decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome withspleen deficiency and qi stagnation,and no adverse reactions.
