21 century is the generation of technology. It brings us with convenience and improves the quality of our living environments. But the positive and negative effects always come up at the same time. Since we overused those natural resources, it may cause serious damage:such as global warming and civil disease. In this case, human beings cannot avoid facing the pain of the disease which caused by us.Over five thousand years of Chinese medical history, our wise ancestors told us, the concept of "Heaven and human are combined together", all things are born of Qi, but the nature of the Qi and the human body are closely associated The wisdom of the ancients can be developed some ways to cure the disease of modern civilization, and to provide some effective help.It is said in Huang Di Su Wen (a book discussion of yin and yang) that: excessive fire weakens essence and junior fire enhances essence, excessive fire eats-essence and essence needs junior fire only, excessive fire bulks essence and junior fire creates essence. So we can understand that the normal life fire is junior fire. It comes from former heaven fire of the gate of life and latter heaven fire of spleen and stomach. Excessive fire is the abnormal fire of pathology, which is something like dragon fire, thundering flame, and yin fire.Sovereign fire and ministerial fire are two kinds of physical function fire. The first part of my studying is concerning to the historical records and new researching reports of the above-said fire. Medical scientists in all ages have varies discussion on their connotation and denotation. Such as:Internal Medicine was with five movement and six climates, Mr. Liu and Lee were from Zang-Fu and meridian, they also found the theory of life gate fire, Mr. Chu was from the angle of science, while Mr. Chung and another one thought ministerial fire was from life gate. The theory of fire has been a long story and it is quite compl icated. We are sure to know that the unusual sovereign fire and ministerial fire may cause to a disorder of physical function. Therefore it is urgent to know the above-said fire well.The second part of my studying is the guideline treatment of inside and outside the body, the harmony and unity of mind, which is emphasized in Chinese medicine will be very meaningful. We are in an age of changeable diseases of civilization now. Everyone pays more attention to the preventive medical care and enhances the conception of body health.The third part of my studying is relative to all aspects of Sovereign fire and ministerial fire and fire of life and Jing, Qi, Shen,Sovereign fire with Shen, ministerial fire with Qi, fire of life and Jing. To study the relationship between sovereign fire, ministerial fire, fire of life and Jing, Qi, Shen; the changes of cause of Qi among sovereign fire, ministerial fire, five solid organs, six hollow organs and Sanjiao; the physical function of sovereign fire and ministerial fire concerning to each others; the pathological changes of sovereign fire and ministerial fire in cause of disease, pathogenesis, an ailment and symptom, etc.In Chinese Medicine, Sovereign fire runs with blood which is the commander and handles the whole body. It is also the motive power of our conscious and thinking. While the ministerial fire runs with Qi. It spreads around our body through organs, Sanjau,and meridian etc. When the blood and Qi get stuck, it may cause energy stagnant, dampness, phlegm stalemated and hematoma. So the harmony of blood and Qi is the foundation of body health.When the blood and Qi run well in our body, our organs are fertilized, blood is created, body fluid is full, body garbage is out and the energy is developed. Since our life activities and metabolism can proceed in the good way.Our personal treasures of Jing, Qi, and Shen are related to all aspects of Sovereign fire and ministerial fire and fire of life. Now we are gradual ly getting a clear recognition that the issue of internal recycle of body and the fire of life and Modern Physiology Referred to the endocrine system are similar to cortisol. Sovereign fire runs blood and modern physiology described the hypothalamus and pituitary hormone are alike. They are all basic internal circulation material of the body.The trinity of Jing, Qiand Shen which cannot be separated, Jing refined Qi, Qi creates Jing, Jing and Qi help each other But Shen is the master. In order to benefit our health and enhance the preventive medicine, we advocate to study of Chinese and Western Medicine integrated therapy, Physical and mental therapy, Jing, Qi, Shen of life, the meaning of fire.The saying "sovereign fire is for bright, ministerial fire is for position" is the guiding principle. To sum up the studying of clinical differentiation, diagnosis, the new initiating of integrated of Chinese and western medicine therapy, and the physical and spiritual therapy, so as to find a guideline of supporting all people to keep in good health and develop the preventive medical care.
