Purpose: From the relevant organs, organs based on coherent, asthma and visceracorrelation by fire, Li pi Zhi Xiao decoction in the treatment of Hot Asthma (Pi jing Fu huosyndrome) clinical observation, Validation of asthma treatment on the feasibility from thefire,Discussion on pathogenesis and treatment of asthma in the new paths,from observation Lipi Zhi Xiao decoction in the treatment of Hot Asthma (Pi jing Fu huo syndrome) clinicalefficacy, for treatment of asthma from the fire to provide strong clinical research foundation.Method: This clinical observation of60patients with clear diagnosis of bronchialasthma with acute exacerbation of mild to moderate randomly divided into treatment group30cases, control group30cases, the treatment group given Li pi Zhi Xiao decoction sideNongbenFang,control group was given Ding chuant NongbenFang decoction of this dosageform to observe the symptoms of60patients with asthma before and after treatment,application of the improved comparing albuterol number,signs of improvement werestatistically analyzed.Result: Symptoms,signs of improvement in the treatment group were better than thosein the control group, the troatment group was90.0%. and50.0%in the control group the totalcurative effect comparison, in the total efficiency,the treatment overall efficiency there aresignificant differences （P <0.05）.Conclusion: The treatment group for the hot asthm （Pi jing Fu huo syndrome）, in thetraditional chinese medicine symptoms(the main symptoms and secondary symptoms)wereimprove obviously superior to the control group,there are obvious short-term and long-termeffect,asthma and organs associated with fire,asthma treatment on correct and feasible formthe fire, For asthma pathogenesis and treatment of open up new ideas,worthy of clinicalapplication.
