The Clinical Research Of Chaihu Decoction Combined With Acupuncture In Treating Migraine Of Stagnation Of Liver And Deficiency Spleen

Purpose:This subject gave full play to the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)treatment of diseases,through the use of Chai Hu Fang combined with acupuncture treatment of migraine(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)clinical efficacy and safety evaluation,for the clinical treatment of migraine with the combination of chai decoction therapy of a safe and effective method.Method:The trial was included in 72 patients,randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases),control group(36 cases),all patients from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated Hospital Brain Disease Department Outpatient Department of migraine,syndrome of liver depression spleen deficiency syndrome patients.The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal decoction and the control group was given oral treatment with analgesic ibuprofen tablets(when necessary),followed by follow-up after the course of treatment.The number of headache episodes,duration,degree of headache,accompanying symptom,TCM syndrome Integration table,half rate of headache attack,anxiety and depression scale were recorded and evaluated by the two groups respectively.Result:After clinical trial and evaluation,the number of headache episodes,duration,headache,and accompanying symptoms in the two groups were improved before treatment(P<0.05).The patients in the treatment group improved significantly(P<0.01).The number of headache attacks halved: After treatment and after the end of treatment 4 weekend after the patient follow-up,by statistics: The treatment group headache attack number of halve rate is higher than the control group,after the end of the treatment period is not obvious(P=0.405>0.05),4 weekends Obvious(P=0.013<0.05).After treatment of anxiety and depression scale(SAS,SDS)compared to before treatment: the treatment group can significantly improve the migraine patients with anxiety and depression(P<0.01),statistically significant differences;the control group treated migraine patients with anxiety and depression of the effect of poor(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was as follows: Treatment group 85.7%,control group 67.6%.The total effective rate of migraine score was as follows: The treatment group was 80% and the control group was 76.5%.Conclusion:The treatment of migraine(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome)with Bupleurum decoction is effective,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.It is proved that the combination of bupleurum and acupuncture can obviously relieve the symptoms and symptoms of migraine patients,and it is worth further study and popularization.
