The Observe The Clinical Effect Of A Modified Decoction Of Bupleuri, Cinnamomi And Zingiberis Treating On Migraine(Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Liver-qi With Spleen Deficiency)

Objective: To observe the clinical treatment effect of a Modified decoction ofBupleuri,Cinnamomi and Zingiberis on migraine of Spleen-deficiency andLiver-Qi-stagnation.The aim is through experimental to observe the effect and safety ofcuring functional dyspepsia.And explore the mechanism of treating functional dyspepsiafrom theoretical and clinical aspects.Methods:Collect sixty patients with migraine (liver stagnation and spleen deficiencytype).Divided into treatment group and control group: treatment group be decoction ofBupleuri,Cinnamomi and Zingiberis treatment, the another group is given sibelium therapy.In4weeks after treatment were assessed in two groups of patients with the2periodsbefore and after treatment of clinical symptoms, and the results of the application of thestatistic software SPSS16.0to built database and statistical analysis.Results:1. The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was93.3%, and the totaleffective rate in the control group was40%. The efficiency of TCM syndromes analyzein the treatment group was96.67%,50%in control group. Treatment group weresignificantly better than the control group (P <0.01). Improving irritability, chest fullness,poor appetite, lassitude on disease syndromes times in the treatment group significantlysuperior to the control group (P <0.01).2Treatment group can reduce the number ofmigraine attacks, headache duration and associated symptoms,and relieve headaches extent,and reduce the use of analgesics, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).3Treatment group can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with migraine,improve sleep quality, and the control group was significantly (P <0.05).4.Treatmentgroup can improve TCD and blood rheology indicators, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The decoction of Bupleuri, Cinnamomi and Zingiberis on migrainetreated with significant efficacy, particularly for patients with liver stagnation and spleendeficiency type, can improve clinical symptoms, deserves further study and clinicalapplication.
