The Clinical Research Of He Jie Zhi Tong Decoction In Treating Migraine Of Stagnation Of Liver And Deficiency Spleen

Purpose:To probe into the characteristics of therapeutic effect of He Jie Zhi Tong Decoction in the treatment of migraine patients with the syndrome of Stagnation of liver and deficiency of spleen by analyzing the migraine episodes and TCM syndrome and other indexs of migraine patients(Syndrome of Stagnation of liver and deficiency of spleen), and then to provide sufficient evidence for clinical application.Method: 240 migraine patients(Syndrome of Stagnation of liver and deficiency of spleen) were selected with the treatment group.The treatment group(n=120) taking He Jie Zhi Tong Decoction and the control group(n=120)taking Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,the study course of both groups include8 weeks’ treatment and 1 follow-up after 4 weeks’ stopping medication. The study comprehensively evaluated the two groups’ curative effect at different treatment period and the follow-up period from the main migraine symptoms,the accompanying symptoms,TCM syndrome and other aspects so on.Result:Migraine efficacy in the treatment group,the total effective rate was91.15%,in the control group,the total effective rate was 71.82%,compared with efficacy difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),treatment group than in the control group after treatment.Within two groups: treatment and follow-up period after attack the headache frequency, number of days,duration,degree of headache, frequency of use of analgesics areas have been reduced, and the comparison was statistically significant(P <0.05) in the group, indicating that after treatment the outcome measures patients are better than before treatment.Between the two groups: two groups of headache episodes in the follow-up period, between the extent, duration of the groups was statistically significant(P <0.05) described the treatment group than in the control group.TCM syndrome symptoms associated with the total score terms, the statistical analysis P<0.05, integral treatment group in the treatment period and follow-up is always a downward trend, there are significant differences between the two groups,indicating that the treatment group to improve the situation in these areas was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: He Jie Zhi Tong Decoction for the treatment of Stagnation of liver and deficiency of spleen migraine patients have good clinical efficacy, can effectively reduce the number of migraine episodes, pain duration, than the control group. In improving TCM syndrome of migraine, relieve associated symptoms also have a role in improving the quality of life of patients with migraine. The clinical application of analgesic for Stagnation of liver and deficiency of spleen of migraine has some practical significance.
