The Theory Of Gan Pi Tongzhi Chaihu Shugan Tang Treatment Based On Clinical Study On Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Gan Yu Pi Xu Zheng

Purpose: Observation of liver and spleen Tongzhi in theory under the application of Chaihu Shugan decoction "in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome) patients and to evaluate its efficacy, provide the basis for future use.Method: From Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital outpatient with the diagnosis of IBS-D patients with a total of 60, according to the ratio of 1:1 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group:Chaihu Shugan decoction(Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Bupleuri, composed of Rhizoma Cyperi Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Fructus aurantii Immaturus, vinegar, white atractylodes rhizome, tangerine peel, liquorice, wind, etc.) for 4 weeks; the control group: Tongxiening granule, course of treatment.Result:(1) the treatment group of 30 patients, according to the standard rate was 66.67%at the end of treatment, the total efficiency of 90%; control group of 30 patients, after the treatment, the effective rate was 36.67%, the total effective rate was 63.33%.(2) 30 cases in the treatment group, the symptom score was 20.77 + 2.97; 30 cases in the control group before treatment symptom score was 20.60 + 2.94; 30 cases in the treatment group, after treatment of symptom score was 9.37 + 3.54; the control group in the treatment of 30 cases with symptom score was 15.3 + 3.34.(3) of 30 cases in the treatment group before treatment,X-ray barium meal examination 50%GITT treatment time was 16.52 + 5.36h; 30 cases in the control group before treatment, X-ray barium meal examination 50%GITT treatment time was15.97 + 6.17h; 30 cases in the treatment group, 50%GITT treatment time of X-ray barium meal examination after treatment was 28.47 + 1.54; control group, X-ray barium meal examination 50%GITT treatment in the treatment of 30 cases was 18.89 + 2.87.(4) of 30 cases in the treatment group before treatment, ZUNG Depression Scale score was 58.67 + 8.26; the control group before ZUNG’s Depression Scale score was 57.47 + 8.78 in the treatment of 30cases; 30 cases in the treatment group after treatment, ZUNG Depression Scale score was41.07 + 6.42; the control group in the treatment of 30 cases of ZUNG Depression Scale score47.40 + 7.43.(5) of 30 cases in the treatment group before treatment, ZUNG Anxiety Scalescore was 51.07 + 7.65; 30 cases in the control group before treatment ZUNG Anxiety Scale score was 52.40 + 8.08; 30 cases in the treatment group after treatment, ZUNG Anxiety Scale score was 38.73 + 5.25; the control group in the treatment of 30 cases of ZUNG self rating Anxiety Scale score was 46.57 + 7.10.Above each group of data by rank sum test, the treatment group after treatment, and the control group before treatment, no difference, after treatment, compared with significant difference(P<0.01). Description of the overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group than in control group.Conclusion:From the above data shows that the liver and spleen Tongzhi theory of Chaihu Shugan San in treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome) based on the process of all the patients had no obvious adverse reaction, proved that this method can effectively eliminate or improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, improve their quality of life and safety and no toxic and side effect of. To further validate and enrich the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is scientific and practical, which provides effective reference for future clinical treatment of patients with IBS-D.
