HPV Infection In Human Papillomavirus And Its Immunological Status Analysis

Objective: to explore the early screening positive human papilloma virus(HPV)infection of men women spouse subtypes of HPV infection and the state of cellular and humoral immune function.Methods: to select outpatients in our hospital in nearly a year to check 165 cases of female patients of male spouses as observation object,at the same time a medical healthy men 40 cases of normal control group,the determination of HPV subtypes,at the same time,compared two groups of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets(CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 + / CD8 +,CD19 + and CD16 + CD56 + lymphocytes number)and serum humoral immune level(Ig A,Ig M and Ig G,C3,C4).Results: 165 cases of women being selected male spouses in 64 cases of different type don't HPV infection,the infection rate was 38.8%(64/165),in which both the male and the female gene coincidence rate was 49%.Male spouses HPV positive people,the immune function in male spouses HPV negatie and healthy controls various indicators no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05),but different infection in male spouses HPV positive part of the immune function exist differences between categories.Conclusion: HPV infected women male spouses increased risk HPV infection,HPV negatie male spouses HPV positive,male spouses as well as the healthy control group there was no significant difference of the immune function of each index,but infections there are some differences between different categories.
