The Relationship Between Recurrence Of Uric Acid Stone And Hyperuricemia Analysis

Objective:To investigate the recurrence of urinary uric acid stones in urinary system after urinary calculi in patients with chronic hyperuricemia.Methods: Statistical analyzing the recurrence rate of high uric acid patients after urinary calculi operation in 3 years,the mainly element of uric acid stone is uric acid calculi.Consequence: For nearly three years in our department there were 721 cases of urinary calculi patients,which are suitable for uric acid calculi ingredient of 38 patients with high uric acid salt,8 postoperative had 1 year follow-up recurrence,the recurrence rate was 21.05%,among them totally 6 high uric acid hematic patients' uric acid calculi is mainly formed by blood uric acid salt crystals,and the blood uric acid was up to 535.5 mu mol/L(9 mg/d1),among them four people relapsed,the recurrence rate was 66.7%,and totally 11 patients' blood uric acid was between 476 u mol/L and 535.5 u mol/L,in them two people relapsed,the recurrence rate was 18.18%,the blood uric acid was 416.5 u mol/L.A total of 21 patients were found their blood uric acid was in the 416.5 ~ 476.0u mol/L(7 ~ 8mg/d1),with 2 patients relapsing and the recurrence rate was 9.52%.Conclusion: Hyperuricemia is closely related to the occurrence and recurrence of uric acid stones in the urinary system.If hyperuricemia is not corrected,the higher the blood uric acid value,the higher the recurrence rate of uric acid stone.Controlling hyperuricemia is of great significance to reduce the recurrence of uric acid stone in urinary system.
