Clinical Case Reports Of The Implant Deture Repairing The Dentition Defect And Edentulous Jaw

Objection: Since 1965,Swedish scientist Professor Branemark discovered that titanium metal with high purity has good compatibility with the biological tissue and proposed the theory of implant bone union,the oral implant repair technique has been rapidly developed.It completely changed the traditional denture support,retention mode,the artificial teeth and jaw combined organically.Therefore,it can effectively improve the denture retention and stability,significantly improve the chewing efficiency,restore patient confidence and the quality of daily life.In recent years,implant deture has become the preferred method of tooth loss repair in the 21 st century.In early period of the development of implant technology,the main method of repairing dentition defect was the delayed implantataion.However,some scholars have suggested that the loss of teeth will lead to the alveolar bone reconstruction and absorption soon,which may adversely affect the latter implanting surgery.Therefore,immediate implant is an emerging technology with the advantages of short operative period,less absorption of hard and soft tissues and is currently widely used clinically.At the same time,more and more implanting methods and implanting systems have been developed and applied in the clinic.In this experiment,different types of implant system were used for dentition defect patients and the effect of implant repair was observed.It will provide some useful suggestion and advice for the clinical application of the implant repair techniques.Medical Records and Methods: The subjects of this study were 10 patients with dentition defect who came to the Oral Implant department of Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Dalian Medical University from November 2015 to February 2017.Their age ranged from 23 to 55 years old.All patients had no systemic diseases and harmful habit.Their oral hygiene was good.After completion of the oral examination,a cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)was performed on the patient to measure available bone mass in the area to be implanted,in order to exclude contraindications to implantation.Finally,we assessed the patients' surgical aesthetic risks and developed a treatment plan for implantation and signed the informed consent with informed consent.Implanting Surgery: Choose embedded or non-embedded surgery style.If necessary,the patients were performed the tooth extraction or sirels lifting.Choose to perform guided tissue regeneration,connective tissue transfer,gingival induction surgery and other additional surgery according to the patients' condition.Implanting Repair:(1)Immediate repair: implant surgery immediately after the use of prefabricated tray for transfer,and screw into the alternative,in place after injection of artificial gums.The same time to make a temporary crown,shaping the gums,gums to be completed and the completion of implant bone stability and stability,take the model and make a permanent restoration.(2)Delayed repair: After 3 to 6 months,patients with embedded implants,bone with good second-line surgery,placement of healing abutments,gingival plastic,and then take a permanent prosthetic body;non-embedded Implant patients directly make the temporary restoration of plastic surgery gums,and then make a permanent restoration.Results: Ten patients undergoing implant denture repairing of the dentition defect were all observed from six months to more than one year after permanent repair.The results showed that the implants had good bone union and ideal aesthetics,and there was no obvious pathological bone resorption by the radiographic examnation.The function of implants was good.The patients were satisfied with the process of treatment and the final repairing effect.Conclusion: When the implant denture is used to repair the dentition defect,the doctor should repair the missing teeth according to the tooth position,the number of teeth missing and the soft and hard tissue in the implant area.The implant denture can restore the missing teeth and meet the patients' aesthetic needs while restoring the missing tooth shape and function.Implant deture is feasible and reliable method for restoration of missing teeth.
