A Comparative Study Of OHRQoL In Patients With Dentition Defect In Different Dental Implant Systems

Objective: To study the difference of OHRQoL between patients with dentition defect who accepted two dental implant systems,and provide the reference for the choice of clinical treatment and therapeutic effect evaluation.Method: Clinical collection clinics and incorporated into the standard planting denture,100 cases of patients,50 repair with Anthogry,50 repair with Straumann.OHIP-14 Chinese version as a measurement tool study OHRQo L scores in patients accept Anthogry and Straumann planting system after repaired six months,after comparing two planting system repaired OHRQo L whether there is difference of patients.Result: Group A: Anthogry quality of life in all areas,“physiological pain” scores the highest(M=3.00),followed by "psychological discomfort,mental disorder"(M=2.00);"Eat anything uncomfortable" to most often negative impacts on patients with dentition defect.Group B: Straumann in quality of life in all areas,"Physical pain","psychological discomfort",the "physiological disorder" three highest score(M=2.00),followed by "psychological barriers"(M=1.5);"Are not satisfied with your diet” is most often bring negative effect on patients with dentition defect.After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in scale total score between Anthogry with Straumann.Conclusion: Two planting systems can improve patients with oral health,and the patients of the two system of subjective feeling,there is no obvious difference.
