Objective:This article uses strict differentiation according to TCM syndrome differentiation criteria to investigate the correlation between TCM syndrome type and dyslipidemia of primary hypertension, and to improve the efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of patients with dyslipidemia and essential hypertension, and to reduce the high The risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases caused by blood pressure and dyslipidemia. Methods:The 120 selected cases were divided into four types according to the"Guidelines for the Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicines" and the TCM Syndrome Types for Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were divided into four types,ie,anger, phlegm, sputum, yin and yang, and deficiency of yin and yang. Each of 30 cases.Collect the general conditions of all patients and the four diagnostic data of Chinese medicine and the four indicators of blood lipids, organize the data, and conduct statistics.RESULTS:There were differences in blood lipid levels between different syndromes of hypertension:Compared with the healthy control group, there were significant differences between TC and TG,and there was statistical significance(P)<0.05).Compared with the healthy control group, the TG of liver and heat dampness and yin and yang deficiency were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in TG between phlegm dampness syndrome and qi-fire syndrome, yin deficiency syndrome,yin-yang deficiency syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion:The data of this topic show that there is a certain correlation between different syndrome types and blood lipid levels in the hypertension group.Hyperlipidemia may occur between different syndromes of hypertensive patients.Among them, the TC and TG levels were significantly higher in the phlegm dampness syndrome group.
