Clinical Study Of Hewei Jiedu Decoction In The Adjuvant Chemotherapy After Radical Operation Of Gastric Cancer

Objective: To investigate the curative effect and safety of Hewei Jiedu decoction in the adjuvant chemotherapy after radical operation of gastric cancer,and to provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application.Methods: 90 cases of postoperative gastric cancer patients admitted to Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 45 patients in each group.The treatment group use Hewei Jiedu decoction combined with SOX regimen chemotherapy;control group use alone with SOX regimen chemotherapy,after 6 courses of chemotherapy,before and after chemotherapy,we compared the EORTC QLQ-C30 and KPS scores,nutritional indicators,immune indicators,TCM syndrome efficacy,tumor markers CEA,CA199,toxic side effects.Results: In EORTC QLQ-C30 score: compared with the control group,after treatment,the treatment group could improve physical function,role function,emotional function,general health,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,insomnia,loss of appetite,constipation,diarrhea,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In KPS score: after treatment,the treatment group KPS score was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the albumin,body weight and body mass index of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NK,CD3,CD4,CD4 / CD8,Ig G,Ig M and Ig A in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the levels of CD8 in treatment group is lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,tumor markers CEA and CA199 in treatment group decreased compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In myelosuppression: the incidence of leukopenia and erythrocyte reduction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in platelet and hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).In liver and kidney damage: there was no significant difference between the two groups in liver and kidney function(P>0.05).In the gastrointestinal side effects: the incidence of diarrhea and nausea and vomiting in the control group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In neurotoxicity: there was no significant difference in neurotoxicity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: Compared with use SOX chemotherapy alone,Hewei Jiedu decoction in the adjuvant chemotherapy after radical operation of gastric cancer can improve the EORTC QLQ-C30 and KPS score,postoperative nutritional status,postoperative immune function and curative effect of TCM syndrome,reduce the value of postoperative tumor markers CEA,CA199,reduce the toxic side effects after chemotherapy.Worthy of clinical application.
