The Clinical Curative Effects Observation And Mechanism Study Of Advanced Gastric Carcimoma By Treated With Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective The study was to prove that whether Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with chemotherapy has such role in enhancing the clinical effect,improving symptoms as well as relieving the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy.Method 40 cases of advanced gastric carcinoma were chosen and randomly divided into two grops,20 cases of trail group were treated with Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu decoction and chemotherapy,another 20 cases of control group were treated with chemotherapy with the same schemeonly.Compare the two groups in local tumor size,clinical symptom amelioration,quality of life(QOL) score,Karnofsky score,degree of side effects caused by chemotherapy and physical strength,and count out the difference in the upper aspects between the two groups. Experiment research:to duplicate the rabbit model of blood stagnation through injecting high molecular weight dextran from its marginal ear vein and observe the effect on the model by the change of its hemarheology and the decoction of invigorating the spleen,smoothing the blood flow and detoxicating;To do the subcutaneous vaccination with SGC-7901 which is a kind of gastric carcinoma cell and observe the effect on the angiogenesis by the decoction of invigorating the spleen,smoothing the blood flow and detoxicating.Result The treatment group has a higher effective rate as for the recently objective effect but with no statistic significance(P>0.05);as for the symptoms of TCM,like poor appetite,fatigue and exhausted,emaciation,loose stool and abdominal pain,the treatment group is better than control group and all these symptoms have statistic significance(P<0.05) except for "abdominal pain"(P>0.05). On the aspect of evaluation of general condition,treatment group is better and has statistic significance(P=0.028<0.05).Concerning the life quality,the treatment group has averagely been improved by 2.15(P<0.05) versus the control group's decreasing by 3.05(P<0.05) and both of them have the statistic significance. Based on the experiment research, we can find that the decoction can smooth the blood and improve the micro-circle vigorously; in the meantime, it also inhibit the carcinoma angiogenesis by the means of inhibiting the expression of VEGF and Ki-67 probably.Conclusion In the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu decoction proved it's function in enhancing the effect of chemotherapy,stabling the tumor,relieving the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy,ameliorating living quantity and prolonging the life span. It Worths spreading the clinical use of it. Meanwhile, the experiment demonstrate that the decoction can smooth the blood and improve the micro-circle and inhibit the carcinoma angiogenesis as well. Therefore,this decoction deserves further research and promotion.
