Clinical Observation Of Shengqinghuayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Post Circulation Ischemic Vertigo Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: In this study,the efficacy and safety of shengqinghuayu decoction were evaluated by observing the difference between shengqinghuyu decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride and flunarizine hydrochloride alone in the treatment of post circulation ischemic vertigo of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,so as to provide basis for clinical selection of drugs.Methods: From January 2019 to December 2019,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the study object.According to the principe of random control,they were divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.All patients were given a low salt and low fat diet,aspirin and atorvastatin for basic treatment.The control group was given flunarizine hydrochloride capsule,and the treatment group was combined with shengqinghuayu decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The TCM symptom score,TCM symptom efficacy,blood lipid,average blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery and vascular pulsation index of the two groups were observed and compared,and the safety indexes were detected,and the adverse events occurred in the research process were recorded.Finally,SPSS23.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:(1)TCM symptom score: There was significant statistical difference between the two groups before and after total integral treatment(P < 0.01);there was significant statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).The two groups were compared in terms of dizziness,fatigue,blood stasis,tinnitus,headache,palpitation,shortnessof breath and numbness.Before and after treatment,there were significant statistical differences in the scores of individual symptoms in the treatment group(P < 0.01).There was no statistical difference in the integral of palpitation and shortness of breath in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05),and there was significant statistical difference in other single symptom integral groups(P < 0.01).(2)Curative effect of TCM syndrome: After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group is73.3%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Blood lipid:There was significant statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01).After treatment,there was significant statistical difference in TC between the two groups(P < 0.01),and there was statistical difference in TG between the two groups(P < 0.05).(4)Mean blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery: There was significant statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,there was statistical difference between the two groups in the mean blood flow velocity of basilar artery and the left vertebral artery(P<0.05),and there was significant statistical difference in the mean blood flow velocity of the right vertebral artery(P < 0.01).(5)Vascular pulsation index: There was significant statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(6)Security analysis: In the whole study,the safety indexes of the two groups were normal,and no adverse reactions occurred.The treatment plan of the two group is safe and reliable.Conclusion:(1)shengqinghuyu decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride is effective in reducing syndrome score of TCM,reducing clinical symptoms,improving the level of blood lipids,increasing the average flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery,and reducing the pulsation index of blood vessels.It is superior to oral administration of Westernmedicine alone,with higher clinical efficiency.(2)shengqinghuayu decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride is safe and effective in the treatment of post circulation ischemic vertigo of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,which is worthy of further clinical application.
