The Research Concerning The Experience Of Professor Xu Jingfan Treating Residual Gastritis Based On Data Mining

Object:With the help of computer technique of data mining,the clinical case records of Professor Xu Jingfan in treating residual gastritis are collected and compiled before analysing and summarizing the clinical experience from him in diagnosing and treating the disease,with the hope to advance the therapeutic effect.Method:Referring to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,input the standarded cases for 84 times of treatment,which are going to be filtrated after the establishment of database covering these cases,to the Medcase V3.2.Focusing on the analysis and conclusions from the aspects of general information,clinical symptoms,tongue and pulse,pathogenesis and prescriptions etc,summarize the experience from Prof.Xu in diagnosing and treating residual gastritis with the combination of the ideology from his works through data preprocessing,frequency statistics,association rules etc.Results:1.The research covers cases of residual gastritis for 84 times of treatment,including 66 times for male and 18 times for female,ranging mostly from 50-69 years old.2.From the frequency analysis,we can draw the conclusion that the relatively frequent clinical manifestations include abdominal distention and fullness,poor appetite,belching,regurgitation,weight loss,dry mouth,stomachache and loose stool.Tongue body mainly appears to be light red,red and dark red.Tongue coat mainly appears to be thin and white,thin and greasy,or little.Pulse mainly appears to be thready,wiry and rapid.Pathogenesis of higher frequency are spleen and stomach Qi deficiency,Qi stagnation,Qi stagnation and blood retention,disharmony of liver and stomach,Qi and Yin deficiency.Herbs focus on 3 types including regulating Qi,digestant and tonifying Qi ones.3.Internal association rule analysis:as the main manifestation,abdominal distention and fullness usually goes with poor appetite,belching and regurgitation;poor appetite usually goes with weight loss,loose stool and dry mouth.In pathogenesis,all of stagnation of blood stasis,Qi stagnation and dampness and turbidity retention can contribute to spleen and stomach Qi deficiency,which joinly results in the disease on the one hand;on the other hand,Qi and Yin deficiency,spleen and stomach damp-heat,liver and stomach disharmony,Qi stagnation can invite the disease by causing bile reflux to the stomach.In herbs,we acquire the drug pairs commonly used by Prof.Xu.4.External association rule analysis:analyse the correlations between symptoms,pathogenesis and herbs respectively.Conclusion:Summarize the experience from Prof.Xu in diagnosing and treating residual gastritis by analyzing the research results with the combination of his works,we come to the conclusion that the pathogenesis are spleen and stomach deficiency,bile reflux to the stomach,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,dampness and food retention,and the therapeutic ways are correspondingly reinforcing spleen and stomach,descending and harmonizing gallbladder and stomach,promoting blood regulation and removing blood stasis,resolving food and dampness retention,plus soothing the mind and preventing cancerization,which is well worth spreading and applying widely.
