Based On Data Mining To Explore The Clinical Experience Of Professor Jiang Shumin In The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: Based on the "v2.5" platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,the data mining and clinical experience were combined to summarize the clinical manifestations and prescription characteristics of chronic atrophic gastritis(hereinafter referred to as CAG),summarize Professor Jiang Shumin's syndrome differentiation experience and prescription rules,inherit its academic thoughts,and provide data support and new ideas for TCM treatment of the disease.Materials and methods: 150 CAG patients were collected from the expert clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine,and Professor jiangshumin.The database of patients' medical cases was established.The high-level data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,complex system entropy clustering and entropy chromatography cluster analysis were used to explore the diagnosis and treatment experience and the dispatching rules of our teachers.Results: 150 CAG patients were collected in this study.126 patients were selected according to the criteria of entering and excluding.1.general data analysis results: a total of 126 patients with CAG were collected,including 62 male patients and 64 female patients,with a total age span of 29-78 years old and an average age of 57.26 years old.TCM syndrome types were divided into six types,which were stomach yin deficiency syndrome(30.16%),stomach collateral blood stasis syndrome(20.63%),liver stomach heat stagnation syndrome(18.25%),liver stomach qi stagnation syndrome(15.08%),spleen stomach weakness syndrome(8.73%)and spleen stomach damp heat syndrome(7.14%).In 126 cases,65 cases were described as atrophy,38 cases as atrophy with intestinal metaplasia,and 23 cases as atrophy with atypical hyperplasia.2.medical records data analysis results: 126 patients have 50 symptoms,a total of 412 times,frequency ? 10 times of 14 symptoms,in turn: stomach distension,stomach pain,stomach discomfort,loose stool,epigastral hidden pain,stomach burn,stomach block,stomach block,less food,hiccup,acid,dry mouth,mouth pain,insomnia,and stupidity.There are 12 kinds of tongue like,including the red tongue,the second is dark red tongue and light red tongue;there are 6 kinds of tongue coating,among which the most frequent is thin white moss,the second is yellow greasy and white greasy;there are 5 kinds of pulse,and the frequency is fine,string,sink,slow and slippery from high to low.3.analysis results of prescription: 126 prescriptions were involved in this study,79 drugs were used,and the frequency of use was 2082 times.36 kinds of Chinese medicine with frequency ? 10 times were found,and the frequency of Poria cocos and coix seed was the highest,125 times(99.21%),followed by white and astragalus,124 times(98.41%),and the third was yanhusuo and azadirachacha,117 times(92.86%).The most used drugs of traditional Chinese medicine are cold drugs,followed by warm and peaceful.The first three of the drugs are bitter,sweet and spicy.The drug was classified into stomach,spleen,liver,lung,kidney,small intestine,bladder,large intestine,bile,pericardium.By setting the support and confidence,we can get the drug combination of different syndrome types,set the correlation degree and punishment degree,and then get 7 new prescriptions for CAG treatment by using unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm.Conclusion1.CAG is mainly in the middle and old patients,and the disease position is in the stomach,which is closely related to the spleen.Spleen and stomach are of medium coke,but each has its own characteristics.Our teacher often divides the spleen and stomach into two groups,which can treat the spleen with warm and dry,and the stomach is clean and moist,and the stomach fire is clear,and the spleen is warm and the spleen is wet and nourishing the stomach and Tianjin.2.analyze the drug use law of our teacher,summarize the dominant law of 6 core drug groups and syndrome differentiation,and find out that the invisible law is 7 potential new prescriptions,which is the dialectical unity of universality and particularity,which reflects the flexibility of our teachers' knowledge of medication.3.the disease is difficult to be prolonged.It can be seen from tongue vein that the disease has both the deficiency of Yin injury and the reality of stasis,heat and humidity.The medicine is mainly cold and bitter,and the syndrome type is mainly deficiency of stomach yin,which is actually a mixture of disease mechanism and dry and wet.The patients need to maintain the Regent,regularly review and actively intervene to delay the development.
