The Research On The Cases Of Professor XuJingFan Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based On Datamining

Objective:Under the aid of data mining in medical cases,the research is meant to summarize the clinical experience of Prof.Xu Jingfan on treating chronic atrophic gastristis,in order to improve the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine’s treatment on chronic atrophic gastristis and inheritance Prof.Xu Jingfan’s academic idea.Method:Collate the cases of chronic atrophic gastristis which were collected by mentor Lu Weimin during his research project.Establish the cases database on the base of inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.After standizing and clearing up,run frequency method,association rules and correlation analysis method of data mining,focus on the symptions,tongue and pulse,pathogenesis,prescription and other contents.Combined with Prof.Xu Jingfan’s thought,further summarrize his clinical experience in this area.Resoults:1.General situation:This research selects 244 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastristis,in which males make up 87 cases and females make up 157 cases;the average age is 54,mainly between 40-69.2.Frequency statistics:In all cases,the frequent symptoms mainly include bloating,gastric abscess,ructus,loose stools;the frequent tongue natures mainly include light white tongue,reddish tongue,red tongue;the frequent coating on the tongue mainly include thin and white fur,thin and oily fur,thin and yellowish fur;the frequent types of pulse mainly include thready paulse,taut paulse,deep pulse,soft pulse;the frequent pathogenesis mainly include deficiency of spleen-QI and stomach-QI,deficiency of stomach-YIN,liver-stomach disharmony,stagnation of blood stasis,pyrostagnant,damp heat in the spleen and stomach;the frequent drugs classification mainly include drugs for regulating QI flow,digestant drugs,Qi tonifying drugs,antanemic.3.Association rule:analyse the intrinsic link between symptoms and pathogensis,pathogensis and drugs,and summarize the clinical experience of Prof.Xu Jingfan on chronic atrophic gastristis.4.Correlation analysis:analyse the regular pattern of medicines’ compatibility,draw the combination of drugs that Professor Xu Jingfan used to treat CAG,including rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and Chinese yam,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and poria cocos,radix ophiopogonis and the stem of noble dendrobium,rhizoma cyperi and perilla stem,flower of silktree albizzia and cortex albizziae,coptis chinensis and ageratum,rhizoma pinellinae praeparata and tangerine peel,tangerine peel and tangerine pith,bergamot and endothelium corneum,fried malt and fried rice sprout,radix paeoniae alba and glycyrrhiza.Conclusions:According the study,syndrome:the symptoms of CAG include bloating and gastralgia;the tongue natures mainly include light white tongue,reddish tongue,red tongue;the coatings on the tongue mainly include thin and white fur,thin and oily fur,thin and yellowish fur;the types of pulse mainly include thready paulse,taut paulse.Pathogenesis:the main pathogenesis are divided into three types,including deficiency of spleen-QI and stomach-QI,deficiency of stomach-YIN,liver-stomach disharmony,and ofen with stagnation of blood stasis,pyrostagnant,damp heat in the spleen and stomach,stagnation of the circulation of QI.Based treatment:based on syndrome differentiation,Prof.Xu Jingfan attached importance to the pathological features of CAG,such as disorder of movement of QI,insufficiency of movement and transformation.Besides,he was adept at using pair drugs and choosed drugs on disease differention.
