Experience Summary On Diagnosis And Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of Professor Yan Guangjun Based On Data Mining

Objective To explore the theoretical foundation of“13 Tongjiang methods of treating chronic gastritis”and summarize the academic experiences on diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of professor Yan Guangjun,Using the data mining software system of the “traditional Chinese medicine experience/data mining system software”,practising the use of data mining in inheriting the experiences of famous TCM doctors.Subjects Into the object of study for the January 2013-January2015 visits in Jingzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine Spleen and stomach diseases outpatient Yan Guangjun professor diagnosis in patients with CAG,according to the inclusion criteria selected 213 cases meet the requirements.Methods To collect the information about these cases and build a template about these clinical information into the data mining software system,summarizing the academic experiences on diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of professor Yan Guangjun,s applying the theory of“13 Tongjiang methods of treating chronic gastritis”.Results A.The main clinical manifestations :By professor Yan in the treatment of 213 patients with CAG, mining results reveal that gastrectasia,stomachache,belching,epigastric noise,poor appetite, bitter taste, hiccups,ozostomia, acid regurgitation,distending pain in hypochondrium as the main clinical symptoms,accompanied by other symptoms for upset irritability,loose stool, abdominal pain,lacking in strength,poor sleep, nausea,heartburn,weight, etc. Tongue mainly of pale red tongue, accounting for 39.42%,followed by red tongue,accounting for 26.80%,tongue with scalloped edges,20.78%.Pulse mainly condition for pulse string and pulse string thin,its constituent ratio was 23.88% and 20.58%.B.Syndrome of TCM :CAG main syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome, cold and heat complicated syndrome, da mp and heat syndrome, liver depression and qi stagnation syndr ome, the stomach gas block, the stomach gas on inverse syndrom e, spleen deficiency cold syndrome and transverse dysfunction of liver qi, its constituent ratio respectively 19.81%,14.56%,10.29%,7.77%,7.38%,6.80%,6.60%,6.02%.C.Treatment of TCM type:According to the frequency,the 13 Tong jiang methods are Jianpi tongjiang method(19.81%)>Kuxin tongj iang method(14.56%)>Qinghua tongjiang method(10.29%)>Jieyu tongjiang method(7.77%)>Xingqi tongjiang method(7.33%)>Yangxin tongjiang method(3.69%)>Huashi tongjiang method(2.33%).D.Choose the clinical:Using 144 taste TCM,the top 22 in the order: pericarpium citri reticulatae,white atractylodes rhizome, poria cocos, codonopsis pilosula,astragalus mongholicus, medicated leaven,angelica sinensis, goldthread,rhizoma pinellinae praeparata,costustoot, ligusticum wallichii,radix paeoniae alba,fructus aurantii,bupleurum,rhizoma cyperi,cortex magnoliae officinalis,pericarpium arecae,evodia,cuttlebone,perilla stem,yam and round cardamom fruit.Their cores took a prescription
