The Research On The Cases Of Professor XuJingFan Using Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae Based On Data Mining

Objective:Taking Professor Xu Jingfan's clinical medical cases of using Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae as the research object and using the method of data mining.this paper discusses Professor Xu's clinical experience in using Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephala to guide clinical medication.Method:After collecting Professor Xu Jingfan's clinical medical cases of Rhizoma Atractylodes macroccphala and screening them strictly according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 162 cases of medical records that met the inclusion criteria were selected and 162 patients were made in total.The database was established and standardized.The Medcase V3.2 database mining system was used for frequency analysis and association rule analysis of the database.Result:General situation:among 162 patients,84 were males and 78 were females.The ratio of males to females was roughly equal.The age ranged from 7 to 77 years,with an average age of 46.The patients aged 30 to 49 were more.2.From the frequency analysis,it can be concluded that in all cases,the higher frequency of symptoms included loose stool.stomach swelling,stomach ache,borborygmi and abdominal pain.Higher frequency of occurrence of tongue texture is light red,sharp red and light.The higher frequency of tongue coating included thin and white fur,thin and greasy fur and thin,white and greasy fur,white and yellow fur.The frequency of pulse conditions is higher,such as fine pulse,chord pulse,small pulse and moistening pulse.The therapy with high frequency included harmonizing stomach,invigorating spleen,regulating vital energy and inhibiting liver.Drugs with high frequency were Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Poria Cocos and Chicken's Gizzard-Membrane.The higher frequency of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae was lOg and 6g.Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae has two types of processing:coke and fried,and the former occurred more frequently than the latter.3.Association rules:the first is internal association.In terms of symptoms,the main symptoms of using Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalaecan can be loose stool and stomach swelling.Loose stool is often accompanied by stomach swelling,belching,borborygmi and abdominal pain.Stomach swelling is often accompanied by belching,borborygmi,loss of appetite and fatigue.From the therapy aspect,Spleen-invigorating and stomach-harmonizing are often accompanied by blood stasis,regulating vital energy,removing dampness and calming liver.For drugs,common drug pairs can be obtained according to the inter drug association and drug frequency:Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae is compatible with Chicken's Gizzard-Membrane,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Poria Cocos,Fructus Aurantii(shell),Radix Pseudostellariae,Herba Crataegus,Divine Comedy and Hawthorn.The second is external association.The external association between symptoms and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae is that there was a high correlation between Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and loose stool,stomach swelling,stomach ache etc.Besides,the external association between therapy and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae is that harmonizing stomach,invigorating spleen,regulating vital energy and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae have a higher correlation.Conclusion:By analyzing the data results and referring to the works of Professor Xu Jingfan.this paper discusses the six main symptoms of Professor Xu Jingfan's application of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae:Loose stool,stomach swelling,stomach ache.belching and fatigue.It also summarizes Professor Xu Jingfan's academic experience in using Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,which includes five aspects:cultivating soil and making water,replenishing spleen and vital energy,eliminating swelling and dispersing stagnation,replenishing deficiency and relieving pain,and replenishing vital energy and promoting clearness.
